The home has two separate living areas and two bedrooms with large walk in wardrobes that allow for privacy and an abundance of space and storage.

You’ll love it, a large spacious house with an amazing outdoor living space with the ease of the hop, skip and jump (literally only 300 meters) to the beach and 900m to the Scarborough pool! Free Netflix in the lounge room, with both bedrooms (one king bed & one queen bed) having ceiling fans and the air conditioner in the open planned lounge room cools the air on those warmer days.
