The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

The first floor contains a beautiful kitchen, dining area, full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, and cozy living room with a wood burning fire place. The second level holds the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a half bathroom. There are two porches where guests can relax with their morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the wooded and mountain views.

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 ft cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The tiny house/cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.
