Walk or drive to local highlights including Seven Sisters, East Dean, Friston Forest, Birling Gap and Cuckmere Haven. Recently renovated, the studio is a tranquil space to put your feet up after a day in nature. You’ll have your own entrance and a sunny patio - perfect for a morning cuppa or evening wine.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are only a few minutes walk to the train station and bus routes. A short walk will take you to an unspoilt beach with walks stretching towards Newhaven to the west and the Cuckmere to the east. Seaford is surrounded by historic villages such as Alfriston, with tales of smuggling and quaint shops. You can quench your thirst at the many pubs along your walks who offer an amazing cruisine for food lovers.

It is close to the centre of Seaford and less than 10 minutes walk from the seafront and station. We provide milk, cereal, bread, butter, jam, juice, tea, coffee and biscuits upon request. The property is ideally located for beautiful walks over the Seven Sisters coastal path which begins just a short stroll away. There is free parking on the street.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby
