Our home is on a quiet 3 acre property just 5 miles from town. We have vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and dozens of berry bushes. We have amazing views of the Olympic Mountains and our neighbor is a lavender farm! The studio apartment is a bright, sunny place which is attached to our home, but has its own entrance. It's a wonderful venue for visitors to the area being close to both the water and the mountains and the lavender farms. We are a short ferry ride to both Victoria and Seattle.

This unit is ideal for both weekend adventurers and long-stay guests, especially those that enjoy biking and walking. Very close to the Olympic Discovery Trails, Sequim Bay State Park and Marina, Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, Dungeness River Audubon Center and Railroad Bridge Park. The Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge and Deer Park are close enough for day trips and Neah Bay and the coast are approximately 2 hours away.

Watch the otters play and the boats sail past! 960 sq ft open plan apartment with great room, small well-equipped kitchen, propane fireplace, bedroom w/ comfy king bed & dressing area with sink, laundry room w/washer & dryer. There's a nook in the great room that houses a futon type full sized bed that can sleep two (smaller people or kids). The tall ceilings make it feel extra spacious and the windows let lots of light and views in.
