You will have your privacy without anybody staying upstairs or anywhere on the entire property, including the pool and boat house. This level has ten-foot ceiling and 3 bedrooms with lake view and 1 with garden view, full kitchen, dining table, tennis table, foosball table, a lot of TV’s as well as a projector (simply connect your iPhone for a movie night!), and a huge outdoor living space with a bar with a TV.
