This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Ihr Auto wird Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosse Dachterrasse für ungestörtes Sonnen.

Als Freizeitaktivitäten steht das Ticiland in Stein am Rhein für die Kinder und für Jung und Alt das Conny Land im nahegelegenen Lipperswil zur Verfügung.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Frösche und sommerlicher Treffpunkt für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Das Chalet/Holzhaus mit großem Dachüberstand, Wintergarten und Balkon in Richtung Weiher stellt 65m² in 3,5 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht Alpensicht.

Viele schöne Ausflugsziele wie die Altstadt von Stein am Rhein (CH) & Burg Hohenklingen, die Insel Werd, der Rheinfall Schaffhausen (CH) oder der Wild- und Freizeitpark Allensbach etc. befinden sich in der Nähe.

Your vacation at the shores of Lake Constance

Welcome to our vacation home, ideal for 2 people (2 rooms, approx. 50m²) and located right within the beautiful nature of the peninsula Höri, next to Lake Constance. The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
