This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

Sinta a vida típica lisboeta neste apartamento com bastante luz natural, tetos altos e o tradicional piso de tábua corrida. A decoração em tons sóbrios e as janelas amplas com vista para a rua proporcionam um ambiente relaxante e acolhedor. Building was recent rehabilitated, just like surrounding area. Access to the apartment is via the stairs to the first floor (no elevator) but when you go into you will note that the apartment is worth it. Apartment has cozy spaces on a extremely high ceiling rooms with the presence of traditional building materials area, such as wood and stone. The living room has a big ceiling light just like old palaces. The feeling is that we are in an extremely charming house of the XVIII century but with the comfort of the XXI century with central air conditioning and a modern kitchen. The living room is the center of the house with two big windows doors with small balconies with lots of light and overlooking the main street. Next bedroom also has a big window doors and the small balcony. Apartment it's 50sqm but is big enough to spend a few days comfortable. The house has one more two individual beds on a big bedroom . The care and attention to the detail is noticed. The Wi-Fi serves the entire house. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and ready to go and serve basic meals to a group up to 4 people. Note that there is a dish wash machine but there isn't clothe wash machine. There is a self service laundry at Rua da Madalena 93. On building door turn left and at traffic lights turn rigth and walk 50m. This apartment is an excellent option for anyone staying in the heart of the city, at a walking distance to most important places to visit in the city.
