This studio provides secure keyless entry and card to access the building and private parking spot.

It's a very comfortable, spacious and nice place, right in the heart of Guatemala City. It has a great view because it's located in the 11th floor. You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, another huge sofa, bathroom with hot water, washer and dryer machine, dining room, a desk where you can work on your computer, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HBO and cable TV. There is an EcoFilter for water and a fan. IT INCLUDES PARKING.

The sabbatical house

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off is in Antigua is provided free of charge (weekdays, up to 6 pm). Nature-, book-friendly.

Our property has a total of 10 wonderful boho-style accommodations, walking distance to all major places of interest in Antigua Guatemala. Hay supermercados, bancos y ruinas a 2 cuadras. Gozaras de privacidad y un ambiente tranquilo. Coordino TRANSPORTE con un cargo Adicional.
