La casa si trova in Contrada Pisciotto, poco sopra il centro abitato di Cefalù. La splendida vista sulla cittadina e il suo vecchio porto, il verde circostante e l'area in cui la casa è situata, ne fanno un luogo di relax a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge e dal centro storico. L'alloggio consiste in una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno nuovo con box doccia, la cucina e un ampio spazio esterno al coperto in cui è possibile mangiare.
