Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage in mitten von Wiesen und Wälder. Der schönen Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung, wo man bei einen Glas Wein noch den Sternenhimmel betrachten kann. Mit ein wenig Glück kann man auch ein Wildtier, wie einen Hirsch oder ein Reh, beobachten. Für dein Mittag- oder Abendessen kannst du frische Kräuter aus den Kräutergarten holen und frische Milch und Eier, von unseren Hühnern, für das Frühstück gibt es auch bei uns. Kostenlose ist der Südtirolpass.

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e il centro del paese di Pozza si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti a piedi; nei pressi dell’appartamento è allestito l’anello di circa 2 Km per praticare lo sci da fondo e, neve permettendo, si può percorrere la pista della Marcialonga (classica gara di gran fondo). L'appartamento è al 2° piano mansardato; dispone di cucina, 2 camere e piccolo soggiorno. La casa ha anche il parcheggio privato. Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo.

Appartamento nelle Dolomiti, vicino piste di sci

Appartamento situato nel Residence Rododendro, località Passo San Pellegrino, in comune di Moena (Tn), passo che collega Falcade (Bl) a Moena. E' a 1.918m sul livello del mare, in un sito dall'ottimo innevamento, con gli impianti di sci da discesa a 150 metri di distanza e raggiungibili a piedi, e la pista da sci da fondo appena attraversata la strada. Ottimo punto di partenza per splendide escursioni. E' spesso utilizzato anche dalla mia famiglia e quindi ci teniamo che sia accogliente.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Piccola Oasi della tranquillità, Campitello (TN)

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, situato a 50 metri dal Centro di Campitello, ha sede vicino all'impianto della funivia per escursioni d'estate e sciate d'inverno. Esso si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi metri da negozi, ristoranti, parcogiochi, passeggiate e centro sportivo. Il parcheggio davanti all'appartamento è gratuito e privato per gli ospiti. E' di 28mq. A 2 Km da Canazei, 45 Km da Bolzano, 100 Km da Trento e circa 40 Km da Cavalese di Fiemme.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Large wooden living room, renovated in fall 2019 with double sofa bed, with flat screen TV, well-equipped electric kitchenette with microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.

The rural apartment Confolia 2 is located in the idyllic village of La Val (Wengen), where you will find popular ski resorts and hiking trails within a radius of 10 km. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and cable TV. If requested in advance, a baby bed and a high chair can be provided for free.

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
