Located in the Hillcrest area of San Diego just blocks to Balboa Park is Waterhaven, a non smoking, adults only retreat and the perfect place to enjoy your San Diego stay. 325 square feet, a fully private retreat that includes your own living space, bathroom, and kitchen. The guesthouse has dual paned windows, no shared walls, and the yard is fully protected with a stone wall for privacy and security. Waterhaven is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing experience.

Studio apartment furnished with queen bed and queen sofa sleeper enhanced w/ a fully enclosed outdoor living space which includes an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer. Child and dog friendly. Located in a quiet neighborhood a fifteen minute stroll from the SD Zoo, Balboa Park and Hillcrest. Close to public transportation. A fifteen minute drive to beaches, downtown SD, the airport, harbor, and little Italy. Free parking and WiFi.

Welcome! Our house has an amazing private patio/deck flanked by 9 palm trees. The house has central a/c & heat, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is separate from the rest of the house by the private patio. 2 bicycles with helmets are here as well. The house is located in the Hillcrest neighborhood - easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars of Hillcrest and North Park, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.

Make yourself at home in our cozy studio with private entrance. It’s centrally located next to 3 main interstates and near everything San Diego has to offer. Only a 20 min walk downtown or to Petco park. And an easy 10 min drive to Coronado, Old Town, Balboa Park, Sea World, San Diego Zoo. The Convention Center is also nearby if you are attending a special event or conference. Ocean beach and Mission beach is a quick 12 min drive. Single family home with large master suite at back of house.

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
