Very nice apartment in. Great location especially if you are visiting Crown Casino and Southbank. City is a short walk away. Woolies at ground level is a huge bonus.

The room was immaculately clean and Nathan was super friendly, always offering to help out with good places to go. It had a amazing time in this apartment. Clean, tidy and what a view!!! Sara and Bryan are really nice and make you feel comfortable. Plus there are a pool, jacuzzi and gym on the top level of the building. The apartment is close to the casino, shops, restaurant and transports! I would totally recommend it!!

It was a pleasure to meet Sara and Bryan. They helped us with everything, even with our luggage after we left the apartment. The room was very nice, clean and had an amazing view over the city. Awesome place in Melbourne. Sara & Bryan are really nice, always trying to help us and giving us all the references to spend a nice time there. The Swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were amazing with perfect views. Lovely apartment with all the facilities. I really recommend it! You will spend a great time there :)

Sara and Bryan is a lovely couple whom is warmth, very sociable and friendly. Location is central and accessible. I've enjoyed my stay tremendously, knowing it's quiet, clean and comfortable to return to after a long day. I highly appreciate the effort to show us around the house so I don't have to second guess which I could touch and not touch. Do help them upkeep their home's tidiness and cleanliness and follow some simple instructions they've provided upon check in. I love this lovely home; as Sara described, it does feel homely and less like a hotel.

Well located apartment if you have some business on the south bank. Many nice places nearby. The apartment is reasonably well equipped and clean. A no-go for me is to charge a fee for late check-in. There are many ways to arrange this, so no-one actually needs to be there in the middle of the night - which I understand is annoying.

AJ was a great host, excellent communication during our stay and very helpful. Met us at the apartment and helped us to get settled. The location was very central with heaps of great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend and will return for future business trips.

Main issues with this place is that it's not well maintained... there was a lot of noise from construction (also meant no privacy) and also lots of noise due to.highway. mattress on the bed was poor...gave me a back ache...advertised as having a dryer but that was not (URL HIDDEN) dishwasher as well as oven friendly containers...very dusty due to (URL HIDDEN) heating except from the reverse cycle air conditioning and that doesn't keep the place warm enough in my opinion...toilet broke down and did not flush ( I had to use a bucket)...but good location and easy access to public transport

AJ is a very friendly host. He went out of his way to help with any questions I had and responded quickly. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't great. As a host myself I am fussy and think that cleanliness is the most important thing. Everything needs a good scrub and I have spoken with AJ about these issues. I do hope he rectifies it for future guests. The flat does not have a hairdryer so make sure you pack one. The iron also has an incorrect end that doesn't even fit in the power point. The location was good and wi-fi was amazing. This is a cheap place to stay but this is reflected in the apartment itself.

L'apartament és petit però còmode, net i modern. La cambra de bany / safareig té una gran dutxa i té una rentadora i assecadora instal·lada. Hi ha xampú / condicionador i sabó líquid subministrat a la dutxa. Les tovalloles estan bé, però és possible que prefereixi per prendre la seva pròpia si vols alguna cosa una mica més substancial. Hi ha espai adequat a l'armari juntament amb un nombre de penjadors però pot ser que necessiti més dependent del que la roba que porten. Està bé situat i té unes vistes des de l'apartament al 30 de la RPF i la piscina / gimnàs a la 52a FLR. Ken was a kind host and has a great place with all the comforts for a pleasant stay and a great view from the infinity pool. Would highly recommend Ken's place to others when visiting Melbourne.

Ken"s preparation and communication about his place was completely accurate. He follows his house rules himself and they are based on sensible hygiene. I found him hospitable, non - intrusive and ready to help with a pleasant, smiling attitude. I felt comfortable because his home was spotlessly clean and adequate for my needs. I found the 17 meter heated lap pool on the 52nd floor fantastic for my long morning swims. The gym on the same level is also well maintained and I saw well behave guests and residents enjoying the heated spa and steam room. Very good value with these facilities.

S&S's apartment was great! It's in a very central location (directly across the street from Southern Cross Station which is the main transit station). The apartment is on the 43rd floor with great city views. It's extremely convenient to get to the center of the CBD, around Melbourne, and to the airport. The apartment is fully equipped with all toiletries and we were not worried at any time that we would run out of towels, shampoo, etc. Would definitely stay again the next time we're in Melbourne!

Sergio and Shin were great hosts and the apartment was amazing! This was our first time using airbnb and both Sergio and Shin were very accommodating to any request we had. The apartment was really well presented and clean and we would stay here again! It was also very convenient as its right across from Southern Cross Station and close to the trams only a few blocks from the Casino!

This is a superb apartment. Superb view, superb location and very comfortable. We met Sergio in person and he was very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Good location with tram stop right outside. Lovely coffee shop at the base of the building. Well fitted out apartment, except for Internet, but we were the first to stay, so maybe ok for others. Downside is the traffic noise, if your a light sleeper pack ear plugs.

The apartment was beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. The building itself is really nice too so we were really pleased with the price. Gym, pool & steam room for use too. The hosts had super detailed information and were quick to reply any questions I had. Would definitely use them again!

We loved this apartment! Beautifully clean and amazing views, close to everything inner melbourne has to offer. I couldn't sleep in the front room with the traffic noise but my daughter was fine with it. Best location and convenience, beautiful indoor pool and steam room.

저는 멜버른에서 여행하는 6일동안 이 숙소 한군데에서만 머물렀는데 정말 좋았고 강추입니다!~ 일단 위치는 시티 중심가여서 밤에 돌아다녀도 전혀 위험하거나 무섭지 않고 사람들도 많았고 대중교통 이용하기에도 좋았어요^^ 주변 관광명소들도 가까워서 쉽게 갈수 있었구요~ 그리구 무엇보다 호스트분이 정말정말 친절하세요!! 진짜 좋은 호스트를 만난거 같아서 좋았습니다 내부도 정말 깔끔하고 깨끗햇어요~

Me n my hubby had 3n stay over at Kay's place. Kay n her partner are very friendly and welcoming. Everything in the apartment is very new and clean and the apartment's amenities is great with pool table, swimming pool and gym. Apartment location is very ideal. From airport we took a 24/7 sky bus to southern cross station and a free transfer to crown promenade which is opposite of the apartment. This could be arranged with sky bus for pick up when we are heading back to southern cross station and sky bus back to Airport! And apartment is also 8-10 mins walking distance to free tram zone. All in all, strongly recommend staying over at Kay's place!

Mary's house is a wonderful place. It is located on the south bank, where the location is very good and the transportation is convenient. A few minutes' walk to the free area can save a lot of traffic. Mary was very friendly and lived with us, but it was convenient for us to help us. I highly recommend this house.

Location is great w/c is just behind Crown casino. However we were put to a room without the city view in contrary to what we see in the photos. Aside from that, everything went fine, we were accommodated to check-in early as well.

María era grande, su comunicación en el día de registro fue muy clara y precisa, ya pesar de mí corriendo un poco tarde en el final era alegre y paciente cuando se reunió conmigo en la planta baja del complejo. Me sentí muy cómodo durante mi estancia; la cama era muy cómoda, el baño era muy limpia y la vista era tan impresionante como se describe. Un montón de toallas, jabón y champú estaba disponible. No he visto a María a menudo porque según mis planes pasé la mayor parte de mi día en la convención y sobre todo volver sólo para dormir, pero cuando lo hice verla como iba y venía era un anfitrión perfecto, amable y atento. Fantastic location. Easy access to city and Yarra River. Quiet at night. Excellent and helpful host. Very comfortable all round. We'd definitely stay there again.

Rented Jiaqi's place for a girls weekend and was not disapointed! Short walk to the CBD and only a few minutes walk to the free tram zone! check in and out was flawless, gym and pool were great and the parking is so secure. Our whole stay was amazing, highly recommended!
