We are a small family with a toddler. We love our home, which has plenty of open space and something for anyone to enjoy. Although I can be quite chatty, I'm happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. Every Saturday night we host a games night which anyone is welcome to join.
The private room is just our guest room so there's nothing fancy, but it is off to the side of all the other rooms making it seem more private. We are an alcohol and smoke free home so we do not allow drinking or smoking on the property. We appreciate your cooperation with this house rule. We do have a mini-fridge and some pantry space dedicated for guests. As long as we are home I can set up video games or movies for you to enjoy during your stay. Our daughter goes to bed around 8:30pm but can sleep through loud noises.
We have great neighbours and the area is fantastic. There is a reserve across the street and a 15 minute walk is the nearest park including a dog park. There is a fantastic cafe, pizza place and 7-eleven about 15 minutes walk up the road. Also, in case you are in need of some medical or dental needs those clinics are 5 minutes walk away. If you have a vehicle the nearest motorway is about 3 minutes drive, and a 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest North Lakes Shopping Centre which has everything you need including Ikea.

At the moment we are offering two bedrooms , one double and one queen, bathroom, toilet, dining , kitchen and living area. You will have your own washing machine. Clothes dryer or clothes line can be shared with the owner. There are also three upstairs air conditioners.
Generally a quite neighborhood with all modern amenities close by. Local grocery store and takeout / eat in option available at close by Anzac Avenue. Major shopping Centre at North Lakes also available within 10 minute drive further dining options, movies and all the shops. Local beeches available at Redcliffe with Sunday Morning Markets also there.

Enjoy this renovated ground floor one-bedroom unit in the quiet and peaceful northern suburb of Strathpine. The unit is modern and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and private stay including a separate bathroom, a roomy bedroom and a combined kitchenette, lounge area with a TV. You have your own private entry and street parking and use of our laundry and its washing machine and dryer. This apartment is just a 9-minute walk to Strathpine Shopping Centre and an 8-minute walk to the train station from which you can be in the CBD, airport or the beach in no time. It is either 24 km drive to Brisbane CBD, a 26 km drive to Brisbane airports or an 11 km drive to Sandgate. You have easy access to both the Gateway Motorway to head north or south and the Bruce Highway to head to the Sunshine Coast. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable queen-size bed with a split system air conditioner for cooling and heating. The bathroom area provides a shower, vanity basin and toilet with toiletries and hairdryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, small fridge, microwave, sink and cooking utensils including saucepans and rice cooker. Our secluded and tranquil house on uphill with a mountain view is close to the historical Old Petrie Town and walking spots, on the north side of Brisbane, 30 km from the city (35 minutes with a direct express train), and less than an hour drive to Sunshine Coast, and approximately 30 mins drive to Brisbane Domestic and International Airports. You’ll love our place because it is in a luscious green environment and quiet bush setting.
Our place is good for couples, and families (with a child), friends or students. The simple, yet stylish air-conditioned room features a very comfortable queen bed and a single bed with quality linen both, a bedside table with a bedside lamp, a small table with comfy armchairs, a large screen TV, a stainless steel bar fridge, and a wardrobe for extra storage. If you like nature, you will love the bird life and may see koalas on the neighbouring trees. Our street is a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. Our family house is spacious and bright. It keeps warm in winter and cool in the summer. Your bedroom has a queen and single bed both with firm mattresses. Bath towels and toiletries are also provided. The room has an air-conditioning unit, opening window with Venetian blinds and a secure sliding door with block-out curtains and with a direct access to the outdoor area for hot summer nights. A wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, toiletries and magazines to read are available. You can park your car on the concrete drive in front of our house overnight as long as it is moved in the morning before 7 am before we go to work. Alternatively, you can park on the grass under the tree at the front of the house. Please do not park in front of the garage as we need direct access to it. I work from home occasionally and need direct access to the garage due to my work.
We love living in our home with a mountain and treetop view in a peaceful area not too far from the city, but it is still close to Sunshine Coast and close to Old Petrie Town Markets. There are shops in the neighbouring Frenchs Forest Shopping Centre including, but not limited to a supermarket, a bottle shop, a newsagent’s, a chemist’s, a doctor’s, a hairdresser’s & a takeaway shop within 500 metres walk from our house. Also, within short driving distance is Lake Kurwongbah, Old Petrie Town (a historical village showcasing the Australia of yesteryear and providing venue for the Sunday markets), Young’s Crossing (a local swimming spot) as well as several parks and walkways in which koalas may be spotted as they inhabit the local area. Within driving distance is also the picturesque Dayboro, Samford Village, Mount Mee, Mount Glorious, Mount Clear, Bullocky Rest picnic area at Lake Samsonvale which have scenic national parks as well as the beautiful seaside Redcliffe, Scarborough, Margate, Sandgate and Shorncliffe suburbs. Shoppers will love North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre and IKEA. If you like playing golf, there are Pine River Golf Clubs and Northlake Resort Golf Club approximately 10-15 minutes drive.

Modern house. Light and spacious. Lots of windows! Cool in the summer with lots of cross breezes. Warm in the winter with the indoor wood burner. A lovely cafe style seating area to enjoy a coffee. Spacious garden with a big deck and separate gazebo to relax and chill out in.
Petrie Tavern, cafe, bakery, an IGA and Woolies the supermarket are within walking distance to the house or a short drive. As you leave the house, the Petrie on Pine walk around the river is a 30 min circular walk where Koalas are regularly seen in their natural habitat.

Covered car port for parking. 5 km from Samford Village Centre offering gourmet character cafes, local shops and amenities and only 20 mins to Mount Glorious and Mount Nebo which offer spectacular rainforest walks. 40 mins to Brisbane airport Our Cottage manual holds a host of information on local walks and attractions and things to do during your stay.
    A perfect little retreat to unwind and relax. Natural and organic skincare products provided in the Bathroom. You are given your privacy at all times. You can use the washing machine in the cottage and there is a clothes line under the car port. Fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. Always a pint of milk in the fridge for making a cuppa on arrival. Plenty of freshly laundered towels for your use and always fresh bedlinen on the beds for your arrivals (spare bedlinen available in the hall cupboards if required along with additional towels.) Comfortable beds and sofa and leather chair. TV has normal channels. No internet connection - take a break or you an hotspot from your mobile. Any queries, I am always happy to answer and assist.
    We are situated at the bottom of a very quiet cul de sac. It is an idyllic location where you will have total privacy and peace and quiet.

    Berry Good Retreat is a self-contained loft accommodation, with separate entrance. It is light and airy, with warm wood panelling and exposed beams throughout. It is great for couples looking for a relaxing time away from it all. Two additional guests can be accommodated, with a sofa-bed in the separate dining room. There is a large lounge area and at the far end of this is a gorgeous 4 poster bed. There are bi-fold doors onto a deck area with a BBQ and table and chairs, as well as awesome views to Lake Samsonvale and Brisbane City. A great place to sit and relax or enjoy a home cooked meal! There is a 55" screen smart TV, DVD player and DVDs, speakers that connect via Bluetooth to your phone or tablet, also a tablet with a huge music collection that you can use. Free WiFi is provided. There is reverse-cycle air conditioning to cool in summer and warm in winter, also a flame-effect fire for winter! The kitchen and dining room are separate from the lounge. The kitchen is new and has all the gadgets you need to enjoy your stay. There is a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and pod coffee machine. The bathroom is new, with a large shower with a rain shower head. Enjoy some eggs from our chooks and Berry Good Jam on toast, with our compliments!
    Take a walk in our local area that we share with koalas, kangaroos and other Aussie wildlife! There are steep hills!     State of the art student accomodation, each room is fully furnished with a single bed and has its own ensuite. One person per room. There are 5 single rooms in each hub, the bedrooms have locks on the door. The hub has a kitchen area and lounge area that the people renting the 5 single rooms share. The hub area is fitted out with a lounge, TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
    There is a coffee shop, a licensed venue and it also provides breakfast and other meals during the day. Coffee shop is located on the ground floor. The coffee shop has free Wi-Fi and power points for charging laptops and phones. Onsite Laundry Facilities Guests have access to washing machines and dryers, which is located in the building.
    CONVENIENTLY LOCATED The accommodation is right next door to a shopping centre that has a large supermarket, Post Office, bakery, pharmacy, Chinese restaurant and other speciality shops. The North Pine River is a short walk from the student accommodation and numerous parks and walkways are located along the river. The Petrie Mill student accommodation is centrally located to numerous social and entertainment activities that the students can enjoy. Public transport is not an issue for guests as buses and train connections are only a short walk from the accommodation.

    Guests have access to their own private room with two full bathrooms able to be accessed by all household members. Room comes furnished with bedding, pillows, towels etc. and full use of the kitchen, dining and living areas. A short 15 minute walk to the train station (Bray Park, not Strathpine station), even shorter to the local Coles supermarket and plenty of off-street parking available too. Outdoor area also available for meals, dining and chill out space.
    As one of the closest Air BNB's to the Eatons Hill Hotel (EH) why not book your accomodationjust a short cab or uber ride from an event or a great night out.

You will only be 25mins Nth of Brisbane City and only a 5min walk to the train station & 13min to the bus stop! We're in a commercial area so close to EVERYTHING! Shops, Tavern..We're friendly, happy, easygoing:) Please don't expect new, it's a charming old house with floorboards that creak! When booking please let me know if you want 2 x Single Beds or the King Bed (+trundle?) made up for your stay.
    Please note that in the house we have 2 rooms available PLUS a King Single budget bed in the Mezzanine area of our house at Bald Hills. There are 2 other Airbnb rooms in the house. I currently have 1 guy here on contract work. His room is off the dining area. The other room is our budget bed & is located at end of the Mezzanine area This means that the bathroom is shared with whoever is staying in the other 2 rooms, but you can also use the bathroom and shower downstairs, if the one upstairs is occupied. THIS ROOM is BIGGER than the other room & has built in wardrobes and sleeps up to 3 in the room. There are 2 Single beds that can be converted to a big King Size Bed! and a trundle bed that slides out from under the bed. The 2 single beds are pillowtop mattrasses & the trudle bed & King Single are sprung mattress... Very Comfortable! :) :) My bedroom & bathroom is downstairs. We're located in a Commercial area so we are close to EVERYTHING!! .... AND not to forget the Medical & Dental Centre that's also next door (other side) Then you have Aldi, Bunnings, a late night Chemist, & Subway which are only a 15min walk away!
