The entire property has been decorated by interior designers and is truly special Please note I will not be accepting 1 day concert bookings in July or August. I prefer not to accept 1 day only bookings at weekends but occasionally will if other dates run over or if it is last minute and the property is vacant. So feel free to ask.
Truly unique one of a kind church conversion with professional interior design. A stunning property in the south side of Glasgow minutes from the local train station which is only 2 stops to the centre of Glasgow. The property comprises of a huge Living Room / Dining Room with kitchen off, A Master bedroom of approximately 25msq consisting of King Size bed and sofa bed and a second bedroom with double bed. There is a Jack and Jill Shower-room connecting both bedrooms and a separate Bathroom. The property also had garden ground directly outside the property and a private gated car parking space with fob.
The property is across the road from Queens Park which is a beautiful large park in the southside of Glasgow containing tennis courts, a glass house with reptile room and fish pond, which the kids love and a play park. There are also plenty of local bars, cafes and shops.

  • El lloc d'Arlene es troba en una ubicació fantàstica per visitar el centre de la ciutat. El transport públic és fàcil, tot i que utilitzem taxis i els trobem fiables i barats. L'allotjament és ampli. Hi va haver cinc de nosaltres allotjant-nos-hi i estaven molt còmodes. Llits super còmodes també. Arlene era un plaer de conèixer i comunicar fàcilment. Vam tenir una estada fantàstica i recomanem aquest lloc.

  • Aquesta casa és bella. La conversió és sorprenent, la casa és espaiosa i ben equipada. És molt a prop d'una zona caminable amb bons cafès i restaurants, però és una mica de caminada des del centre de Glasgow. Al meu entendre, val la pena quedar-se en un espai tan increïble.

Upon arrival, you will find a comfy room in a friendly apartment, nestled in one of the most historic areas of this historic city. While we don't provide breakfast, there is tea, coffee & a mini fridge in the room. Self checkin is available from 12, however the room is cleaned at 5:30.
    The room itself is contemporary, clean, and comfortable, benefiting from its own private bathroom which is within the room so you're less likely to fall over during nighttime excursions trying to find a bathroom in an unfamiliar apartment.
    The apartment itself is located about a fifteen minute walk, in a straight line, from St. Enoch subway station - directly between the Merchant City, Glasgow's luxury district, and the Barrowlands, a Glasgow institution with it's ballroom by the same name commonly playing host to musicians of international renown. Walking passed this, you will find a large Morrison's supermarket, which offers all the groceries you could possibly need should you be planning a more extended stay. Given the apartment's close proximity to the city centre, there is walking access to literally anything the city centre has to offer. As a brief run down of Glasgow's more famous attractions, Glasgow Green containing the architectural majesty of the People's Palace and Winter Gardens (and fermentational majesty of West Brewery's official bar, one of Glasgow's craft breweries), Tennents Brewery, The Necropolis, Buchanan Street, Scottish Symphony Orchestra, The Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow Cathedral, Glasgow Film Theatre, Cineworld Glasgow (only worth mentioning because it's Europe's tallest cinema), The Arches, and the famous Duke of Wellington statue, are all quite easily within walking distance. King Tut's Wah-Wah Hut, The Stand Comedy Club, and Sub Club are close enough that most people would be able to walk to them, but might struggle on the way back after a few drinks.

  • Dana va ser extremadament amable fins i tot abans de rebre Glasgow. Com que el registre d'entrada és a les 18:00, em va deixar deixar les coses al seu lloc a l'hora del matí. L’habitació és gran, super neta, còmoda i càlida. La ubicació és excel·lent ia 15 minuts a peu del centre de la ciutat. Us recomano molt el seu lloc!

  • El lloc de Neil i Dana està molt ben situat. L'habitació estava molt neta i ben equipada. Ells eren fàcils de comunicar i de resposta ràpida als missatges. Vaig arribar a primera hora del dia i em van arreglar per recollir les claus còmodes i fer el registre d’entrada. No vam tenir la possibilitat de xerrar durant molt de temps (extrema jet lag per part meva), però Dana va ser molt càlida i acollidora. Recomanaria!

  • Hem escollit el lloc de Dana & Neil per allotjar-nos després d'un concert al Barrowland Ballroom, i l'apartament està en una ubicació perfecta per a ell, a pocs minuts a peu. L'habitació en si és meravellosa, espaiosa, neta i amb molts detalls poc reflexius. El registre d’entrada va ser molt fàcil gràcies a les seves instruccions detallades i Dana va ser molt amable i acollidora quan vam arribar. Va respondre ràpidament als meus missatges i també va ser molt bona. Sens dubte tornarem a quedar-nos aquí si tornem a nit a Glasgow. Gràcies!!

Our original artworks and books gathered over many years coupled with natural oak and stone flooring create a very restful and pleasant atmosphere for your stay.....
    A very clean, modern and really well fitted out re-modelling of a traditional tenement flat. A good example of a typical Glasgow home but fully modernised. It is light and bright with good open aspects and views due to being top floor and taller than the buildings around. It has a very efficient layout and an excellent kitchen space open plan to the living area. The flat is well equipped with super-fast 150mbps wi-fi, hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, simple breakfast items, welcome pack, travel cot, umbrellas etc and a well equipped kitchen. We also have memory foam mattresses, excellent heating and insulation plus we only use ecological cleaning products.
    The flat is tucked away on a quiet residential street with open aspects to the south and great local shops and eateries very nearby. The busier parts of the West End are minutes away with the Botanic Gardens and River Kelvin also offering relaxing walks and pleasant pedestrian routes deeper into the city.

    This is a top floor flat in a 3 story traditional sandstone building so iconic of Glasgow's city center and west end. There is a large living room with bay windows. The living room also has 2 sofas, a chair and a 42" flat screen TV (with HDMI cable available to connect to a laptop if you have one.) You will also have full access to Netflix on TV. The Kitchen is spacious and has a dinning table that sits 6 people. There is gas hobs and an electric oven and also a: microwave, coffee press and washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms have one King size bed (with a brand new mattress) and one double bed with plenty of storage space. A small office space with comfy chair and nice desk. Bathroom has shower and bath.
    Set within Glasgow's finest area for restaurants and bars. Great choice of food and drink with Argyle St, Byres Road and Sauchiehall street all adjacent and providing the best of what Glasgow has to offer.     Central and bright 1 bedroom flat in the Merchant City, on the third floor (no lift). Fantastic choice of restaurants, bars, pubs and art galleries on your doorstep. St. Andrews on the Square is next door and Glasgow Green 1 minute walk away. The flat is proving popular with families, couples and travellers from all over. Self Check in available 24 hours as the keys can be picked up from a nearby secure collection point (3 minute walk)
    The flat is on the 3rd floor, with secure buzzer entry system in an original sandstone building in the heart of Glasgow. Please note there is no lift and there are 58 steps. The living room has sofa bed which sleeps 2 people comfortably (all sheets, covers and mattress topper provided), large TV screen, electric heater and black out blinds. The bathroom is new and modern with electric shower, clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper all provided at no extra cost. There is also a heated towel rail. The kitchen is new and fully stocked with basics (coffee, sugar, tea, salt, oil etc). Please wash dry and put away anything that is used. Use the provided bin for any rubbish (I will dispose of any bags etc). There is a washing machine, washing powder and clothes horse for your use. Please note there is no dishwasher. The bedroom has a UK King size bed, black out blinds for a good night sleep. Also available is a travel cot for children under 2 if needed There's fast WIFI broadband, USB sockets and a universal plug.
    The flat is situated right beside St Andrew's in the Square, an 18th century A listed former church. It is now Glasgow's centre for Scottish Culture, and there is a restaurant/bar, Source, which serves scottish food. At the end of the road you will find Glasgow Green, a park on the north bank of the river Clyde. It is the oldest park in the city. This is where the People's Palace is situated. Also a 2 minutes walk from the Barrowland, famous for gigs and concerts.

    Walking distance to Ibrox stadium, Glasgow science centre, BBC Scotland, the SEC, Hydro (10-15 mins) and the city centre and west end (20-40 mins). There are local shops two minutes away and a tesco metro close by. There are a couple of small parks nearby with kids play areas, benches and ponds. And a cinema, restaurants, bowling, crazy golf and climbing walls within ten minutes walk. Some of the surrounding streets are lined with old victorian tenements, with some interesting neighbourhoods within walking distance. Information provided in your room or on request. There is free parking on Cornwall Street on one side of the flat. The flat entrance is a short walk around to the other side along a little path. Look for The Bellrock Bar along Paisley Road West, turn there and park.

    Welcome. If you need clean and comfortable accommodation just three miles south of the City Centre at a great price then look no further. The large double room has a king-size bed with a comfy, extra-deep pillow-topped sprung mattress and cosy brushed cotton bedding. The flat is on the 1st floor in the Pollokshaws area just south of Shawlands (8-10 mins walk). See ye soon!
    The room has plenty of wardrobe and storage space and has excellent natural light. There is a table at a convenient height for eating or working on a laptop. I'm two minutes walk from the Kilmarnock Road, which has buses into the city every few minutes. The main drag in Shawlands with all the shops, bars and restaurants is only a ten minute walk away, as is Pollokshaws East railway station and the lovely Pollok Park. Morrisons, Aldi & Lidl are all within a five minute walk.
    It's a quiet residential neighbourhood and there's lots of parking.

    My tenement flat is a 10 minute walk to the SECC, STV, BBC and Film City, Cessnock underground is 3 minutes. Although this is 28 day min stay, there are 1 and 2 day stays available please check my calendar for availability.
    The room has a double bed with wardrobe. The window is east facing which is lovely for catching the morning sun.
    The area is an inner city neighbourhood, it largely consists of traditional red and sand stone tenement flats. There are some streets which are a welcome surprise, for instance Alexander 'Greek' Thomson's Walmer Crescent at Cessnock underground. The modern developments at Pacific Quay are a 5 min walk, and a choice of 3 bridges to take you over the river - the Millennium and Bell's Bridges are pedestrian only and the Clyde Arc (Squinty Bridge) is a traffic bridge - they all provide access to the west end. Cessnock is a brilliant neighbourhood, it has a diverse population, plenty of budget eateries, friendly and safe, and amazing architecture. Although the close / communal stairwell is tidy, it is in desperate need of a new coat of paint. The flat is warm and comfortable.

Views from the property are tranquil which reflects the peacefulness of our semi-rural neighbourhood We are only 1 minute off the Glasgow Southern orbital and 5 mins from the M77. You can get to Stranraer in 90 minutes and Edinburgh or Stirling in less than an hour. Eaglesham is a beautiful village and is served by a frequent bus service direct to Glasgow city centre.
    Guests are welcome to use all rooms in our self- contained apartment and may also enjoy our garden. There is a river at the bottom of the garden and we have the fishing rights so why not bring a fishing rod... There is wheelchair access to the garden and all paths are wheelchair friendly.

    Bright and comfortable private double room in a traditional Glasgow tenement flat. Free parking, & great bus links to Glasgow West End & the City Centre (Approx. 10 minute bus journey to either). You can also easily walk to the West End in around 20-30 mins through Victoria Park (we do this often with our dog), or via Dumbarton Road. We are also a few minutes walk from Scotstoun Stadium, which is very handy for rugby games and other sporting events.
    Private double room in a traditional Glasgow tenement flat; high ceilings, large room with lots of natural light. There is unlimited super fast fibre broadband WiFi throughout the flat, and you have a TV viewing device which gives you access to various apps such as Netflix attached to the TV in your room. Plenty of storage space, a drop down writing/eating/laptop surface - a foldable bed-tray for eating or using a laptop is also available. Shared kitchen, and shared bathroom - all utensils for cooking, and all bathroom necessities are provided. Laundry facilities are available. We have a dining table in our lounge which you can use for breakfast, but please let us know if you would like to use it for an evening meal. We will be out most days, and will be using the lounge in the evenings, we are happy to socialise with guests, but please understand that we work full-time and need some sanctuary :)
    We have excellent access to green space (Victoria Park, Nature Walk, cycle network route), and are close to many areas of natural beauty - we love to visit Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, which is roughly 30-35 mins drive away, but trains and buses do run to Balloch station if you don't have a car, this station is in the National Park. The transport links near us are fantastic, & there are plenty of shops/cafe's etc nearby, and a few restaurants and bars. The area is generally quiet, but has easy access to areas with more nightlife either by bus or taxi, both of which are very reasonably priced.

  • El pis és molt agradable i còmode. Les habitacions són espaioses i exactament el que necessitem per a 5 adults. Hi ha 3 habitacions (2 x dobles i 1 x doble) que són perfectes. L’àrea on es troba l’apartament no és gaire agradable, però no deixeu que s’abandoni. El pis es troba a uns 15 minuts amb cotxe del centre de Glasgow i a 15 minuts del Celtic FC (el motiu pel qual ens vam quedar). El pis està ben cuidat. Recomanaria portar la seva pròpia llet, cafè, te, etc per assegurar-vos que teniu prou per a la vostra visita. El nombre de l'allotjament és '41' i hi ha un munt d'aparcament al carrer. Em quedaria aquí de nou amb seguretat.

    Since this is an area adjacent to the historic Glasgow university, mostly students live in this area. There is a high school across the road. The street is very quite most of the time. This is located on a heritage trail. There are shops and restaurants on the nearby Great Western Road. Grocery shops like coop, Tesco express and Sainsburys are open till 11pm. Small grocery shop Spar is open 24 hrs. Super store Tesco which is open 24 hrs can be accessed by Taxi and is less than 10 minutes away. You can ask me for further details.

    A top floor flat with lots of light and space. The bedroom is cosy with a very comfortable double bed and space to relax and have a cuppa with a book. The kitchen also has a dining table and a couch to sit and take time-out on. The place is gathering pieces of furniture which are nice on the eyes and are used to put cups of tea on. There's a view onto a leafy hillside out the kitchen window as Queen's Park is just beyond the tenements across the way.
    The flat is within sight of a beautiful park and also a train link into Glasgow Central. It's a nice hide-away to recoup in or a good base from which to see glasgow, or to travel north to loch lomond and beyond.
    Around this area there is a park to stroll in, cheap greengrocers plus supermarkets and a locally grown veg shop, old and established pubs plus newer more "hip" ventures. The flat itself is situated between the two main roads, at a nice distance from the thoroughfare for a peaceful general ambience.

    My place is not in the city centre. Please be aware of this. I'm very close to Pollok country park and Crookston Castle. Close by, there is the Silverburn shopping centre, which has a host of restaurants, cafes and bars and excellent shopping facilities. There are numerous bus and train links to the city centre, as well as the motorway, which will take you into town in 10 minutes by car or taxi. My place is located under 7.5 miles from Glasgow airport. My place is ideal for solo adventurers, couples and business people.
    The bedroom is spacious with a lot of storage space. It is extremely cosy with central heating and double glazing. There are extra blankets available too. There is a fridge and also complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. The beds are changed with freshly laundered sheets for every new arrival and 2 fresh towels are provided for each guest. I have provided information on local museums, galleries and events in the room.
    My neighbourhood is a very nice sleepy area with mainly elderly residents, so tranquility is paramount to the community. I'm located very close to Pollok Park which is lovely for walks and picnics (if the weather is kind). It has a lovely old house with a Victorian kitchen cafe, perfect for scones and tea. The park has its own Highland cows and beautiful gardens. I'm very close to Silverburn shopping mall with lots of restaurants, cafes, a 24 hour supermarket and excellent shopping facilities. My place is not in the city centre so please be aware of that prior to booking. However, there are lots of bus and train services not far from my place which will take you into town. I'm less than 7.5 miles from the airport. I can provide a pickup and drop off service for the airport, available on request and additional fee. I'm a chef and I can prepare dinner and breakfast for an additional cost.
