The first 20 minutes you will relax with your drink in the main room with the Flamenco music... Next, ten minutes before the show, you will be given a introduction about the history of Flamenco, from its roots and origins to how it developed throughout the years. Finally, to conclude the experience, you will enjoy the one-hour flamenco show that will take place inside the famous cave, without amplifiers or microphones. This place itself amazing and has such a interesting history. You can watch performance different places but the most important thing is; to understand them why they do it and symbols behind.I am happy to share all of it with you. This is not fun lively touristic show, it is spiritual performance of dervishes how their meditation ceremony reaching the nirvana. It is form of their prayer and religious ceremony. please dont expect dance show. It takes 50 minutes long and repetitive as suppose to be. Whirling dervish ceremonies were started as a form of meditation by Jalaluddin Rumi, the famous Sufi Muslim mystic and poet, in the 13th century. The Persia-born Rumi — who was living in Konya, then the capital of the Turkish Seljuk Empire — told his followers, “There are many roads which lead to God. :I have chosen the one of dance and music.” He would: fast, mediate and then dance to reach a state of unparalleled enlightenment. Surf Experience with Nuno - Private Lessons, all levels

After finding out what's your goal for the experience and your level of surf (could be beginner), we'll get the equipment and jump to the beach. According with it, we can have a longer or shorter briefing about the spot's conditions, safety rules, etiquette and instructions to catch your very first wave or improve your existing surf. The duration of the surf session will be 1:30Hs (in the water) plus one hour for preparations and debriefing of the session. You'll be my priority for this 2:30 hours and my goal is your happiness! My ratio never passes 4 people per session. Gather more friends to join and let's have fun together!
