Westbourne House self-catering villa is a beautiful early Victorian mill owner's house set on its own lovely grounds with private parking for up to 6 cars. You can find a key by arrangement or we can check you in. Our large country kitchen overlooks the extensive garden and will comfortably seat 8-10 guests. Children can have their own AMAZING dining experience in our grand hall which again will seat up to 8... Gourmet Italian restaurant nearby offers 5* Food for delivery at amazing low price. A large selection of cereals are provided along with bacon eggs milk bread butter and jams. Tea, coffee in abundance and a well stocked larder of all the usual household spices All five bedrooms are individually decorated and each has its own TV/wifi and private bathroom. We have four double beds (one downstairs) and six singles. Our home retains all its original features with high ceilings, winding staircase and truly stunning Victorian architecture. Our sitting room has a 55" TV with a good selection of DVDs. There is a library upstairs with an enormous selection of books to be enjoyed in front of our log-burning stove. We also have a good selection of board games. Five minutes walk to an excellent bistro, or if you prefer to prepare a meal in our well-stocked kitchen, the supermarket is only a two minute walk. Tesco, Aldi Lidl and Morrisons are a five minute drive (many guests have had deliveries from Tesco). Sterling Mills shopping outlet is a 2 minute walk of if you are feeling more adventurous why not hike to Castle Campbell in Dollar which is a 5 minute drive or leisurely walk . We are very centrally located within "The Heart of Scotland" offering easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Early check-in available by arrangement.

Our cute listed cottage sits right at the foothills of the dollar glen with stunning walks and scenery all around. Castle Campbell is a short walk Dollar has many lovely restaurants and shops A perfect escape location
It's a listed cottage with a pantiled roof and a charming atmosphere. The living space is bare stone walls with an open fire with everything you could need in the equipped kitchen Please be aware that as it is an old cottage we have low ceilings in places. Best not to book if you are 6ft6!! We just warn you to mind your head!! There are also about 10 steep steps up to the second bedroom but it all adds to the charm! Enjoy
We love the escapism combined with the convenience of the small town. We sit on the very edge of the beautiful dollar glen with castle Campbell just a short stunning walk away. However stroll past the gorgeous steam down into the village to visit a number of delicious restaurants and most definitely make the trip to our fantastic deli. There's also a terrific farm shop in the neighbouring village which sells lots of fantastic local produce.

Sycamore Cottage is at the heart of the scenic village of Dollar and nestled at the bottom of the stunning Ochil hills. The cottage is located behind our own home so although you will have full privacy and independence, we hope to be able to welcome you in person also. There's a lovely en-suite double bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living area as well as your own private courtyard. We have traveled a great deal ourselves so are keen to welcome all guests from around the world.
It's a really cosy and warm place ideal for couples and small families. It's located just around the corner from Dollar Academy.
Dollar is a really quaint village located in Central Scotland. There is a pretty burn running through the village and the local school Dollar Academy is a regular focal point for many activities. There is a great deal to see and do on the doorstep including many well traveled walking and cycling routes. There are a number of local shops and cafes that operate in the village, including the Coop for convenience, a cafe and bistro. The village is also located 45 minutes from both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Glen Eagles Golfing Center is just 15 miles away.

    Home of the famous Sterling furniture warehouse and Sterling Mills Tillicoultry is a thriving small village in central Scotland. Boasting a rich history in the textile industry Tillicoultry is the ideal location for a walking break in the Ochil hills. My favourite local walk is Ben Cleuch, a nine mile trek which takes you up the famous Law hill The Village is surrounded in rich Scottish history with Stirling Caste,The Wallace monument and the site of the Battle of Bannockburn all in a Ten miles radius. A short train journey takes you to Edinburgh or Glasgow either is a great day trip.

    Get away from it all to an attractive small Scottish town with easy access to central Scotland. The town of Dollar is a conservation area distinguished by its landmark feature of Castle Campbell and is beautifully situated in a wide valley beneath the Ochil Hills. Attractions- Stirling Castle, Wallace Monument, St Andrews and Gleneagles Golf Courses, The Kelpies, The Falkirk Wheel and Blair Drummond Safari Park. The newly opened historic Japanese Garden Cowden is only 10 minutes away.
    The villa is spacious, airy and freshly decorated in a contemporary style. Unlimited broadband is provided and the house is equipped with everything you require for a great holiday! Newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar a modern range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. A spacious living area, with an adjoining large dining room. On the first floor are four bedrooms; one with king-size bed, one with two singles , one with a single bed and one with a bunk bed. (adult size) Also on this floor; Large bathroom with overhead shower and WC. Separate shower room (power shower) and WC.
    The neighbourhood is quiet with a friendly village atmosphere. The location is perfect for travelling around the area and with easy access to the beautiful countryside or cities of Stirling, Edinburgh or Glasgow. Loch Lomond & Trossachs national park is a short drive away. There are two excellent restaurants within Dollar and six within 10 miles. There are excellent pubs in both Dollar and Muckhart (2 miles) and two take-away restaurants in Dollar - perfect if you don't want to cook on your self-catering holiday! Dollar also has cafes, butcher, baker, deli and a small supermarket.

    Harviestoun House is a totally refurbished 2 storey sandstone cottage in the heart of Dollar, a picturesque small town at the foot of the Ochil hills 13 miles east of the historic city of Stirling. Steeped in history, Dollar has all facilities including cafes, restaurants and shopping on your doorstep.

Harviestoun House comfortably sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom one, with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobe, has the flexibility of being either 2 twin beds or one superking size bed. Bedroom two has a double bed. Upstairs, reached from the galleried landing, bedrooms three and four can be either twin rooms or have superking size beds. Both rooms share a modern bathroom with over-bath shower. Please confirm on booking how you would like the beds to be configured. Downstairs the double height sitting room seats 8 people on two three-seater sofas and one two-seater sofa. There is a log burning stove for you to return to after sightseeing or walking in this beautiful area in the heart of Scotland. The sitting room, like all other rooms, has all new furniture and fittings and gas central heating. The kitchen, with all modern conveniences including 4 ring gas stove and double electric oven, has a dining table for 8 people and a television with Freeview. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Also just off the kitchen is a sunroom which leads to the courtyard garden with outdoor seating and barbecue.
    As well as being close to Stirling, Dollar is within easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh and St Andrews to the east, so you are perfectly situated to take advantage of all Scotland has to offer from this central location. Closer at hand, visit 500 year old Castle Campbell, lowland seat of the Duke of Argyll, where Mary, Queen of Scots once lived in the 16th Century. The walk to the castle is by a spectacular series of paths, bridges and walkways in the deep gorges of the glen and its tributaries. Dollar’s other facilities include a small museum and 18 hole golf course notable for its steep inclines and lack of bunkers.

    My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. A cosy house in a lovely semi-rural setting within the Hillfoots village of Tillicoultry. It is totally refurbished and sleeps up to 4 people. It is self contained with WiFi, TV, DVD, and CD/radio. There is a small but well equipped kitchen. The property has its own driveway, so there is safe on-site parking.
    Centrally located within The Heart of Scotland, there is easy access to the Ochill Hills and the stunning Tillicoultry, Dollar and Alva glens. The area is littered with cycle and walking routes The village has a wide selection of takeaway options. Tillicoultry also boasts a 9-hole golf course and a dry ski slope.

    Alex Lodge is a small studio cottage, suitable for a maximum of three guests and one small pet. Our small wee space is surprisingly big, tardis like almost. There is a double bed with memory foam mattress. A large and comfy L-shaped pull out sofa bed. Fully functioning kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. Also available are tea and coffee, freeview tv and free wi-fi and private parking with your own private access.
    Our small beautiful cottage is located in Clackmannan located within the "wee county" of Clackmannanshire. The space is cosy and comfy with everything you would need for staying for a duration. There are lots of restaurants and shops located within 10 mins and we are a mere 45 min journey to Edinburgh.
    We are located over a railway bridge down the very bottom of a very quiet and qaint Brucefield Crescent. Following the driveway straight to the bottom and through the black gates.

  • L’alberg d’Àlex era molt compacte, però molt ben equipat, era gairebé perfecte per a la nostra curta estada a la zona per assistir a un casament. Marilyn era un excel·lent amfitrió i ens va deixar completament als nostres propis dispositius un cop feta la sessió, però estava a la seva disposició si calia.     Our ground floor Guest Studio with Garden (approx. 40 m²) is nestled at the foot of the Ochil Hills in Alva. Studio comes with an attached ensuite bathroom, kitchen, a small room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa, which can be expanded as a comfortable double bed, double bed, washing machine + dry, BBQ facilities, free WiFi. It is completely self-contained, fully equipped unit with a private garden entrance at the back of our house. Ideal for tourists visiting Stirling and local attractions!
    * Best hotel alternative as this is a family friendly, peaceful space available for solo travellers, couples or families! *The space includes the entire bottom level of our house with a key access, separated from the upstairs. * Alva Glen is a lovely area and if you go up to the mountains you'll feel like million miles from civilisation. It is a picturesque village and one of outstanding beauty that is worth a visit. The Mill, the Silver Mines, the Smugglers Cove which are really amazing! * Guests can enjoy back garden which is exclusively for your use. The patio provides a relaxing place to watch the birds, squirrels and enjoy the garden view. *The room (approx. 40m² ; 403 ft²) can accommodate up to 4 people, only sharing the beds! It is recommended for two adults + two kids so please keep this in mind when booking! * There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is equipped with everything our holiday guests need: gas hob and electric oven, washing machine and dry, small fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, etc. * Breakfast is not provided, it is self- catering accommodation . * The room has a double bed (140x190), a double sized sofa-bed (142x202) , an electric fireplace, a flat-screen TV, heating, free Wi-Fi. * The patio contains 4 chairs, a coffee table and BBQ . Here you can enjoy a glass of wine and relax (when the weather is fine!!!). * Studio is always professionally cleaned between guests, guaranteed clean and disinfected bed linens and towels.     Come and enjoy the comforts of home in a beautiful small Scottish town. Set against the backdrop of the magnificent Ochil Hills, our home will provide everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Whether you are a keen hillwalker and want to escape to the country, or you want a central base from which to see the sights of Central Scotland (such as Edinburgh, Glasgow, Gleneagles, and Stirling Castle), our home in Dollar is well situated to suit every kind of guest.
    Whilst staying here you will have use of the entire home, including a newly renovated kitchen and utility area with a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer, a spacious living area, and a dining room big enough to sit eight people. On the ground floor there is also a porch area which catches the evening sun and overlooks a lovely play park suitable for children of all ages. Up one flight of stairs are two bright and spacious bedrooms; one with a very comfortable king-size bed and another with a spacious double bed. There is also ample space in the living room for a double air mattress, should you have need of it.
    Dollar is a quiet and friendly town set amongst the Ochil Hills. Despite its small size, Dollar has a wide range of amenities to offer, including multiple nature walks and cycle paths, a small supermarket, a delicatessen, a butchers, a bakery, a florist, and more. There is one local pub, the King's Seat, a handful of takeaways, and a lovely restaurant all located on the main street. It is also an ideal location for those wanting to explore other parts of central Scotland, as described above. Should guests want more information on local amenities or places to visit, we would be more than happy to provide this.

    Lawhill Bothy is a beautiful one bedroom cottage set in the courtyard of our house next door. The nine acre property is set amidst the Ochil hills with gated access to beautiful walks and historic landmarks. It is 13 miles east of Stirling. Dollar is within easy reach of Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews to the east not forgetting Gleneagles is a 14 miles drive through the beautiful Glendevon.
    Within the Bothy there is a one double bedroom, open plan kitchen diner/sitting room with smart tv and log burning stove, and bathroom with double shower. The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The Bothy has all new furniture and fittings. We have just installed a new hot tub on the property for our guests to use from the 1st October.Please note that the hot tub cannot be used if you are wearing fake tan as this can cause significant damage to the tub and will also have an impact on our next guests. There will be a £300 cleaning charge applied to anyone breaking this condition.

    Set in leafy road - part of conservation area - this ground floor flat welcomes visitors to Central Scotland. With open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area the flat sleeps 5 people in two bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and Central heating throughout.
    The flat comprises the ground floor of a three-storey Listed Building. Access is gained using a paved level pathway at the front of the property to a south facing private patio. French-style double doors lead into the spacious open plan living area. This provides lounge, dining and kitchen space. The Sitting/Dining area is furnished with seating, dining table and chairs and storage furniture. Radio, tape player, television (with freeview) and DVD player provide entertainment as do a library of books and table games. The exceptionally well equipped Kitchen contains Combination Oven/Grill and Microwave, Hob, Fridge Feezer, Dishwasher and Washing/Drying machine. An electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and iron add to the amenities as do the table linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment. Bedroom One is equipped with 1 king size and 1 single bed, as well as generous wardrobe and storage space and hair dryer. (A cot is available if required). Bedroom Two is a twin bedded room with Wardrobe and Dressing Table. The modern Bathroom includes an over-bath Electric Shower. Refurbished to a high standard, the flat has full Central Heating with Thermostatic Control and feature Fireplace. High quality cotton bed linen and towels are provided as are heated electric underblankets, if requested. Vehicles can be parked on tarmaced parking area opposite the gate of the property.
    Dollar is a well established small town nestling below Castle Campbell and the Ochil Hills. The flat is within easy walking distance of local attractions - Dollar Glen, Castle Campbell - with many walks in the immediate area suitable for novice to experienced hill walkers. There are numerous facilities for playing Golf in the area - Dollar Golf Club is a few hundred metres from the front door - the historic Gleneagles and St Andrew's course are a short drive away (14 miles and 39 miles respectively). Fishing and horse riding are popular local pursuits and can be enjoyed by visitors. The Dollar community supports a local Squash Club, Bowling Club and Tennis Courts. Cycling routes are signposted throughout the district. Dollar itself is a delightful little town with an Award Winning Museum and a range of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. These include grocery store, delicatessan, newsagent and butcher. Clackmannanshire - "the Wee County" is bounded on the North by the Ochil Hills and on the South by the River Forth. To the West is Stirling with it's Castle, Wallace Monument and Historic Battle of Bannockburn site as well as access to the Trossachs and Loch Lomond Country Park. To the East is the County of Perth and Kinross and Fife.

    The Hayloft has been recently renovated, and turned into a light and airy flat above our stables. We live next to a path which takes you north to the Ochils or south to the beautiful Gartmore Water: perfect if you are a walker or a cyclist. The nearby village of Dollar has a castle, cafes, a pub and a restaurant. We are 40 minutes from Edinburgh airport, 25 minutes from Gleneagles Hotel, 20 minutes from Stirling and an hour from the centre of both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
    The Hayloft is in the middle of the countryside, with views of the Ochil mountain range. Our home is surrounded by mature trees and, if you come at the right time of year, a sea of bluebells. There is a stream at the bottom of the garden. The fields around us are full of wild flowers, sheep, deer, horses, hares and ponies. In the woods there are badgers, woodcock, and red squirrels.

Stirling Castle, Wallace monument, Falkirk wheel, the helix are all a short drive away around 15 minutes. St Andrews (40mins) and Gleneagels (30mins) is easily reachable by car as well as Glasgow, Edinburgh etc 40 mins in car 50mins on train. Train station located 3 miles away. Very good location to visit areas all over Scotland.
    End terrace house facing the Ochill Hills and Stream. Centrally located and can travel to StAndrews, Callender, Edinburgh, Glasgow etc. The house is located in the quiet place with village setting. A holiday you will never forget. The house has two double and a single room. Nice and clean.
    Excellent and friendly neighbourhood. Quiet place and you only hear the stream which is so calm. Views are magnificent. Stirling Castle and Wallace monuments are only 9 miles away. So much to see in the area and also only 40 min drive from Glasgow, Edinburgh and StAndrews. Gleneagles is only 28 miles away. Central to Scotland and you can reach most places from here.

    We offer a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped twin bedroom with private access to the bright and modern bathroom next door. Our dog-friendly home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac less than 10 mins drive from the M90 Junction 6. Inside the room guests have plenty of storage space and are provided with tea/coffee making facilities including a kettle and a mini fridge stocked with milk. The guest bathroom is complete with shower, bath, basin, toilet and towels and some toiletries are provided
    A self serve continental breakfast is provided with a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc,
    Crook of Devon (fondly known as 'the Crook') is a quiet and quaint village located along the River Devon. Our home is a 5 minute walk from the local convenience store and Post Office, but most importantly is situated near beautiful countryside and an abundance of walks which will make any explorer or dog-walker happy. Kinross is our nearest town, at 10 mins drive away. It has many amenities and attractions (including Loch Leven, the castle and RSPB Nature Reserve) which we will be very happy to advise you on should you wish us to.

    Skye Cottage, Solsgirth, is situated in central Scotland. It is a semi rural area two miles from Dollar, a picturesque small town at the foot of the Ochil Hills. Dollar has all facilities including cafes, restaurants and shopping. Glorious walks on the Ochil Hills and to the historical Castle Campbell. Skye Cottage is within 10 minutes to Knockhill Racing Circuit and 30minutes to Gleneagles.

    Deer Park cottage is situated within the private estate garden and is surrounded by the deer park. It is the most secluded of cottages and offers a very private and natural hideaway. Powered by wood pellet boiler and on its own water system supplied from the Ochills you can feel completely at one with nature. On occasions you can wake up to deer grazing within feet of your bedroom window and be lulled to sleep by the hooting of owls or wind blowing through the trees.
    The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots & pans, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and all the utensils you should require for cooking and creating meals. There are two seating areas for enjoying meals, either on stools round a small table in the kitchen or round a larger dinning room table in the adjoining morning room which has a log burner. The king size bedroom is located downstairs next to the sitting room. There is a shower room with W/C located next to the kitchen. Upstairs a small landing separates two further bedrooms, a twin with en-suite and a single bedroom. The cottage also has washing facilities with a washer dryer, iron and ironing board. The garden can be accessed via two doors, one leading from the kitchen and the main front door that had a porch lobby for leaving muddy boots and coats. The cottage has internet Wi-Fi and a television in the sitting room which also has another log burning stove. * We do accept dogs, however an extra of £5/day per dog is required on arrival. We kindly ask that dogs are not taken into bedrooms or upstairs, and that all garden areas are checked for any mess prior to departure. Due to the position of this cottage it is essential your dog does not chase or bark at livestock. * A working deer farm has many different stages to the year. During the winter months and early spring the deer are kept in the field near the house. Every morning the feeding takes place which can be a lovely sight as the tractor offloads their morning meal and they all line up to feed. The tractor then has to drive to past deer park cottage on its way back to the farm. After heavy rain it is highly likely the roads and fields can get quite muddy! During the early spring we take the deer off the field by the cottage to help allow the grass to recover. The deer then return to graze and rut in the field in the late summer and Autumn. During the rut you can hear the stags roaring as the rut gets into full swing around late September and into November. * The kitchen has basic supplies including ingredients you may need for cooking. On arrival we stock your fridge with fresh milk, butter and a loaf of bread. * we also have another cottage on Harviestoun Estate called Angus Cottage, this sleeps 4 people.
    The picturesque town of Dollar is available within a good 30minute walk or a short car journey. Dollar offers a fantastic butchers, Coffee shop, Art gallery, Delicatessens, co-op supermarket and Restaurant and bar. Plenty of local attractions such as Castle Campbell, Stirling Castle, The Wallace Monument, The Kelpies and the Japanese Gardens are within easy reach. Dollar also has a dental practice, pharmacy, optometrists and doctors surgery. For yoga & pilates lovers there are drop in classes that run throughout the week.

    This is a light, airy loft sitting/bedroom on the top floor of a Grade B listed Victorian mansion house. We are a great base for visiting Edinburgh, Glasgow, St. Andrews, Stirling, Dundee or Perth. We have stunning views of the Ochil Hills and are close to amenities such as pubs, restaurants, designer outlet village, 9-hole golf course, dry ski slope, swimming pools, fishing and horse riding. Parking is available on site.
    Our house is full of character and is a mixture of old and new. The loft room is a recent addition to the house and is very light. There is a private shower room across the landing. We can accommodate up to 4 guests in one large room, having a standard double (4'6") bed and a single (3') bed. We also have 1 floor mattress. The room is priced for two people, with a charge of £12 for each extra guest. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is not an iron in the room but you are welcome to borrow one. ******Please note that there are 45 steps up to the room.****** We don't cook breakfast but offer a light, continental, picnic breakfast in a basket and there are several tea rooms nearby which offer a cooked breakfast for anyone with a larger appetite. Breakfast can be taken in the garden if the weather is nice. There is no access to cooking facilities in the house other than a kettle for boiling water to make porridge. No portable cooking devices are allowed in the room. No cooking in the kettle! There is a barbecue area in the garden which you are welcome to use, weather permitting (it's not under cover). Bring your own charcoal :) The house and garden are undergoing minor renovations which will not affect your stay.
    We live in a beautiful part of Scotland. The Ochil hills are easily accessible and are suitable for walkers of all abilities. Ben Cleuch, the tallest hill at 721m, can be accessed from Tillicoultry Glen. There are also glens in Alva and Menstrie. Dollar Glen, 2 miles away, leads up to Castle Campbell, a 15th century medieval castle with a tower, lovely gardens and a hidden grotto. The glen is a beautiful walk uphill, but there is a car park near the top for tired travellers! There are several tower houses in the area - Alloa Tower has been fully renovated and is well worth a visit - and we are close to the National Wallace Monument, commemorating Sir William Wallace, one of the main leaders during the Wars of Scottish Independence in the 12th century. Mel Gibson starred as Wallace in "Braveheart", a Hollywood film about Wallace's life. Several "Outlander" locations are easy to get to from here, for example Doune Castle, Culross and Blackness Castle.

    This charming cottage is situated within the beautiful Harviestoun Estate. Harviestoun lies along the southern side of the Ochils and stretches between Dollar and Tillicoultry in Clackmannanshire. It has fabulous views stretching down to the valley where the river Devon flows and up to the ochils and beyond. With a large private south facing garden it can be enjoyed all year round. Perfect for walkers, artists or nature lovers alike this is a wonderful place to relax and explore from.
    The house is arranged with both bedrooms situated on the first floor with a W/C between them on the landing. Downstairs there is a cosy sitting room with open fire and views to both the hills from the North and the valley from the South. A door leads to the garden from a small downstairs landing area situated between the sitting room and dinning room. The dinning room offers a fairly spacious area for dinning with views to the valley. The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor between the dinning room and kitchen, this is equipped with a bath with shower above, W/C and sink. The kitchen has the main door that leads into the garden, with a small lobby area for leaving muddy boots and coats. There is plenty of space for parking just behind the cottage on the farm road, a small gate then leads you into the enclosed garden. On arrival we stock the fridge with fresh milk, butter and a loaf of bread. There are basic ingredients in the kitchen for cooking. The cottage is situated within a 20minute walking distance from Dollar along a beautiful foothill path, local attractions can be found such as Castle Campbell, Dollar glen and Dollar museum and lovely cafes and shops can be accessed with ease. For walkers, the hills await you from your back door! For garden lovers ‘The Japanese Garden’ is just East of Dollar and Stirling castle and the Wallace mounument can be found within 20minutes drive to the West. Gleneagles hotel and golf course are 25mintues drive North. Edinburgh and Glasgow are within 50minutes drive and Edinburgh airport is 45minutes drive. * We do accept dogs, however this is a working farm and horses are often grazing in the fields next to the cottage, therefore it is essential dogs do not chase or worry livestock. The studio encompasses its very own living room with a wood burning stove, a newly installed kitchen with everything you need for a self catering stay – including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and fridge. A modern fitted bathroom with an electric shower and heated towel rail sits of the living room. The L shape sofa transforms into a large comfortable double bed ensuring you have a good nights sleep. You may wish simply to relax on the front patio of this delightful accommodation with a cup of tea or a glass of something nicely chilled and take in the stunning views down the valley. Relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet. The Bothy also has a TV , Playstation 4 and unlimited Wifi for the duration of your stay.
    From the back of the garden you can exit straight on the back of Seamab, one of the most prominent peaks in the Ochil hills. From here there are abundance of walks and mountain bike routes which we will happily point you in the right direction to. We are located in one of the best road cycling spots in Scotland – with endless routes straight from the door. Being keen cyclist ourselves we can suggest routes and we also have a safe secure area to store bikes. After a day in the hills or on the roads you might want to pop down to the Muckhart Inn, which is a 15 minute walk. The Inn offers freshly prepared meals in front of two open fires. Or slightly further down the road into Dollar (7 minute drive) there is further eating options along with the Tormaukin Inn just 2 miles along the road. 10 minutes from Gleneagles, Kinross and the M90 the surrounding area has much to offer. Loch leven at Kinross has a trail circumnavigating the whole Loch. Perfect for cycling and walking. The RSPB nature reserve on the south side of the Loch caters for nature lovers and ornithologists. Stop off at 'Loch Leven's Larder' for coffee, lunch or afternoon tea. Visit the historic city of Perth - just 20 minutes drive. Lush parkland surrounds the city where shopping, theatre, The concert hall and museums offer a wide range of activities. Head further north and visit Pitlochry, Dunkeld, Crieff or Kenmore where canoeing, white water rafting and watersports are available.
