Our home is very relaxed and love welcoming people from all walks of life into it. The rooms are ideally situated within a 20 minute walk of the o2 academy in Boscombe or a very short bus/taxi ride, which makes them ideal for music lovers. We are located on the central bus route into Bournemouth, New Forest National Park is only 15/20 mins drive away or you can get a train to Brockenhurst train station and rent bicycles. We are located close to J P Morgan.
The space is a large triple room with all the facilities you need desk, tv, DVD player, you're welcome to borrow from my DVD library. The room comfortably fits 3 people.
There's a vintage emporium only 2 doors away and some fantastic individual shops. The beach is under a 20 minute walk, the restaurants here cater for every cuisine you can think of.

The Burrow Bright, private and airy self-contained garden room, with en-suite and kitchenette area but no cooking facilities other than a toaster, hot electric shower included but cold water only to the taps in the kitchenette and bathroom (kettle for hot water). Sleeps two in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. Close proximity and easy public transport access to Bournemouth, Poole, the New Forest national park and surrounding areas.
This recently converted garage now stands as a detached, self-contained, private space in our garden with 24/7 private access to the property. It features a double ottoman bed that lifts with loads of storage underneath for your belongings. A comfy pocket sprung and foam mattress for you to sleep on and bed linen provided. A small kitchenette area, with fridge, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities, and a pull up dining table with two foldable chairs for you to use as you wish. There are plugs above the table for phone charging with three USB ports and you could easily use it as a workspace for a laptop if required. WiFi is provided free of charge. The en suite is positioned next to the kitchenette and comprises of a walk in shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. We will supply you with laundered towels. Please note: There is a small step up into the property as well as step up into the shower, access to the property is down a wide well lit sloping driveway with no further steps. We will provide you with a little tea, coffee, sugar and milk (unless you are booking at short notice where it may not be possible to provide milk) to get you started for your stay with us and there is a well stocked co-op a 10 minute walk away should you wish to buy some more for your stay. About us We are a young(ish) family of 4 and would love to meet and welcome our guests, however we hope you realise that this isn’t always possible, before arrival we will issue you instructions of how to access the property without us there, as soon as we are back (and it’s convenient for you) we’ll give you a knock and say hi! Please feel free to use our garden if you’d like, there are chairs and a table under the balcony that you are more than welcome to sit on and enjoy the morning sunshine! There may be times where our two children are out with us in the garden and now that our son is bigger sometimes on his own, we’ll do our utmost to not disturb you when you stay with us. Additional notes There are blackout blinds on all of the windows in the main room as well as on the door, to help you get a good night’s sleep. The garden is extremely quiet save for for the odd fox or owl. We also operate CCTV covering the front, side and rear / garden of our house, this is for safety and security. Blinds and frosted glass wherever applicable is provided for your total privacy when staying in the Burrow. The shower provides lovely hot water but the sinks in the bathroom and kitchenette are cold feed only, we recommend boiling the kettle if you need any hot water to wash up etc. There is a wall mounted 22” Philips TV with Freeview HD and a smart tv stick allowing access to all the free catch up TV services such as BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub and All4 if you have logins / subsctiptions for these services. Aside from the toaster and kettle, there are unfortunately no cooking facilities in The Burrow. There is a Pizza Hut at the end of the road, an amazing (and very reasonably priced) Fish & Chip shop a short walk away, and lots of other great takeaways in the area we’d be happy to recommend. You are a short bus ride from Bournemouth town centre, or a short trip to Castle Point which has a Nando’s and there are also local restaurants a short walk or drive away. We hope to see you soon with us here in Bournemouth.
We are a 15 - 20 minute drive from the heart of Bournemouth and it’s miles of sandy beaches. 25 minute drive from Poole harbour. 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Ringwood and the entrance to the stunning New Forest. Castle Point shopping centre a 5 minute drive away.

Large property for family holidays, group weekends etc. Large capacity with 4 double beds and up to 5 single mattresses. . This large flat has six bedrooms, a large first floor kitchen dinner and a ground floor lounge and conservatory. There is one bathroom and a further WC. The property is to be redeveloped in six months. It is in an acceptable but not mint condition. No linen, duvets and some pillows provided. Basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, gas hob , microwave, TV monitor.
REVIEW: “Place was perfect for a weekend trip down to Bournemouth with friends. I went with a group for Bournemouth 7s festival and it was ideal for what we needed. A place to crash and have a few drinks before heading out. John is helpful and replies quickly and is usually flexible about check-in / check-out times which was ideal.” On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a small double/single, and on the second floor large double with up to 2 singles and a second room with 2 singles, all singles are matresses only. The second floor are accessed via paddle stairs so not suitable for very young children. There is a large secluded rear garden, parking on the forecourt and street parking is available. Part of the ground floor and patio area are occupied by a separate flat, and two cats There are about 8 Duvets and a few pillows mostly in reasonable but used condition. You need to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. The kitchen has basic cutlery, crockery, pans, dishes glassware, There is a charcoal Bar b que. The property is in a good residential area 2.8 miles from Bournemouth Pier.Great location and a very good garden.
Charminster is a really cool part of Bournemouth with local shops and a real mix of pubs and restaurants. The property borders Queens park which is great for kids, dogs and golf.

Our cosy one bedroom end terrace house situated in Throop, approx. 5 miles/12 mins by car, from Bournemouth Town Centre, Pavilion Theatre, Restaurants, nightlife and beautiful sandy beaches, and also within walking distance of Castlepoint Shopping Centre and Country Walks along the River Stour. Our house also offers a private parking space (located in the adjacent Residents Parking Area). There is also a large garden with outdoor seating.
Modern, with a touch of Retro, we love to upcycle and have found unique pieces to furnish and complement the house. Our luxury king size bed has all the right elements to guarantee you a great night's sleep. Cleanliness is a priority.   • La casa de Louise té un interior molt modern amb llits còmodes, lavabo, bullidor d'aigua i tetera a les habitacions. La ubicació de la casa també és molt còmoda, amb parades d'autobús a 2 minuts a peu. Louise també és una molt bona amfitriona que em va preguntar sobre el meu pla a Bournemouth i em va suggerir la millor ruta.

    This room is in a roof conversion of our home, it has a velux window and you can watch the stars from the bed. There is a TV and DVD player. The property benefits from super fast fibre broadband. Breakfast is a DIY affair but we have tea, coffee, cereals and toast you can help yourself to. We have a dog called ashley he’s a sheltie- so think lassie but smaller. He will always love a belly rub. We believe in making our home your home so make yourself comfortable and we are happy to help.

    This is a welcoming, homely flat, & PERFECT TO SELF-ISOLATE if you need to! The flat is on the ground floor, & is bright & airy with lovely views onto the back garden. It is part of my house, but has it's own entrance. There is plenty of free on street parking. We're situated in a quiet leafy suburb, two miles from the centre of Bournemouth, & just off the A338 Wessex Way for easy access. There are a range of guide books, leaflets & maps for you to use while you are staying here.
    The flat has a fully equipped galley style kitchen, & the lounge includes a sofa bed & your fridge & microwave. The large bedroom has a 5' Sealy Posturepedic bed, & plenty of storage including a large wardrobe. There is also a travel cot available should you need one. Both bedroom & lounge have views onto the back garden. The bathroom has an electric shower, & a fitted washing machine. Access is via your own front door.
    We are perfectly located for those who are interested in enjoying golf at Queens Park,which is just at the end of the road. We are also only a ten minute walk from Kings Park, home of AFC Bournemouth, & a Park & Ride for Bournemouth Air Festival. Queens Park is actually a public park if you would fancy a walk close to home, & there is also a children's play area & public club house with bar & cafe. We are also just a 10 minute drive from Bournemouth Airport, & 30 minutes from the ferry terminal in Poole. The New Forest is within easy reach by both car & public transport, & of course the beautiful Bournemouth beaches are there to be enjoyed what ever the season, & only two miles away. During the summer season, especially the school holidays there are many special activities & events in Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch. Do check out the fireworks on Poole Quay on Thursday evenings, & off Bournemouth beach on Fridays.

    Just a few minutes walk away you will find the very popular Kings Park and recreation area or alternatively you can spend time at the Littledown sports complex with it's public sporting facilities, swimming pool, parkland and lake. LOCAL AREA: A short walk away you will come to the main area of Southbourne-On-Sea, Southbourne Grove, a long shopping street that has some unique and individual shops rather than high street chain shops. Shops include a butcher, a bakery, numerous cafés, hairdressers, convenience stores, homewares, gift shops and the post office. One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway (cliff lift), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne-On-Sea's Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth. In the other direction is Pokesdown High Street and this is the home of vintage and antiques shops, and easily ranks in the best places for retro shopping on the South Coast.     Modern 2 double bed apartment within a few minutes walk of the popular Sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Boscombe. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Modern decor with sofabed, dining table and chairs, washing machine, fridge and oven.
    2 bedroom Ground Floor apartment with double beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and chests of drawers. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen which has a corner double sofa bed and separate chair, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table TV unit with TV. The kitchen area comes with fitted oven with hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also included along with the cutlery and crockery. All bedding supplied along with towels.
    Within approximately half a mile of Boscombe pier and the sandy beaches this is an ideal location for a relaxing sea side break. Shops are within a couple of minutes walk and a very popular restaurant is located directly opposite with many other places to eat close by. There are plenty of local supermarkets and high street shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment along with lots of local restaurants and a variety of take aways too. The seafront and Bournemouth town centre are 5-10 minutes away by bus/car with lots to see and day/night entertainment. Bournemouth has some great events including the Wheels festival and the famous 4 day air show. Firework displays from the piers take place during various times of the year also. A wide variety of restaurants and evening entertainment are available in Bournemouth. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach and if you don't have your own transport, bus tours can be taken from Bournemouth to make sure you don't miss out on the spectacular coast line. The beautiful New Forest is a welcome contrast for when the sun bathing gets too much only half an hour away with its tranquil pubs and wild ponies.

    Very adequate single room. Newly decorated. Clean and tidy room. Located in South Road Bournemouth. Handy for Boscombe, AFC Bournemouth (500 metres) and only a fifteen minute walk to the beach or a twenty minute walk to the railway station.
    I am a 53 year oldsingle parent. I live at the address with my 17 year old son. We are currently renovating the place and we have listed here to earn the money to finish everything. All the main work is done so you don't have to worry about noise or dust etc.....see photos. We also have a very friendly dog called Archie. He's totally non aggressive but if you don't like dogs then maybe our place isn't for you.

Off-road parking for one car. Set in a quiet street, nearby is Kings Park (with play park) & AFC Bournemouth . Hosts live within a mile.
    Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Has a double bed Bedroom 2: Has a Trundle Bed which can be two singles or clips together to make one double. Infants/Children welcome, please bring own travel cot, the stairs are wide and open (no space for stairgate) Children would need to be supervised. please provide ages of children and whether male/female (This helps with choice of bedding) Thank you! Shower over bath in Bathroom. Please be aware there is a railway line that runs behind the property, trains can be heard, but to be honest you hardly notice. Small courtyard with garden furniture, to sit and enjoy a little sun trap perfect for BBQ etc. Glimpses of the railway can be seen the flying Scotsman was spotted recently! During the Bournemouth Air Show, the Red Arrows and other jets can be seen flying from the property.
    At the end of the road, you will find a bus stop into Bournemouth, a lovely breakfast cafe on the corner, in addition to an award-winning bakery at the top of the road. Bus access also into Beautiful Christchurch, home to Christchurch Priory and the gateway to the New Forest. Kings park is about 200mtrs with nice walks, Athletics stadium/ track and Queen's Park golf club 1.8miles away. Pokesdown train station is a 10min walk away, easy access for commuters.

    The top floor (including bedroom, ensuite and sitting area) in a three-floored, charming but modern, naturally bright house, with a garden close to the sea; with shops and restaurants also nearby. Enjoy a complementary coffee and or tea, which you will find in the kitchen, on ground floor.
    Beach is 3-5 min to walk down to the road. It is the best part of the beach in Bournemouth with showers, there you can hire stand boards, surfboards and lot of more. Volleyball and restaurant are just there. O 2 academy 3 min walk up to the road. Local shops Iceland, Aldi, Sainsbury, Mc Donald, off licence shops 24/7 is a minute walks up to the road.
