The apartment is situated in the quiet location of Meyrick Park, about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bournemouth and a short walk to the train & bus stations. There is on street parking in a non-restricted zone. The room has wardrobe space, chest of drawers, full length mirror, plus 24" Samsung TV, WIFI and a full hospitality tray of free tea ( including herbal ) and coffee. Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom.
I'm located in the Meyrick Park area of Bournemouth, which is about a 20-30 minute walk to Bournemouth's blue flag beaches.
Bournemouth town centre has a lot to offer, and as an alternative Charminster, which is a 10 minute walk offers a cosmopolitan mix of bars and restautants.

The apartment is in the very heart of Bournemouth town center, but surprisingly very quiet with only the squawk of seagulls to awaken you. You will be 4 minutes walk from shops, banks, bars & restaurants and 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth Pier & miles of sandy beaches. Lansdowne campus is an 8 minute walk, local buses can be caught 2 minutes from the flat, including to train & coach stations. Free parking is provided. PLEASE NOTE ... OVER 16 YEARS OLD ONLY
The apartment is situated in a gated development and a secure Fob will allow entrance through the gates and main doors. There are beautifully landscaped gardens for you to enjoy and private parking if needed. There is a lock up garage, if you wish to leave a bicycle/motorbike or if you are a long stay guest, a place to store your unused suitcases rather than in your room. The room is a large double with a combination of a standard double bed and a 3 seater Futon that clicks down to another double bed. There is a single wardrobe with hangers and a writing bureau with drawers and cupboard space beneath. There is a combination safe in the room. In-room coffee & tea facilities are available on request for those more nocturnal guests. Weekend check-out is 11am.. this is so you may enjoy a leisurely brunch before starting your onward journey.
The Square is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and is the central meeting point for a lot of people looking to explore the surrounding area by bus. From there you can take buses to Swanage, Poole, Boscombe and Southbourne, not forgetting the train & national coach depo, though they are both a 15/20 minute walk from the apartment.

The space is a character Victorian flat giving a sense of spaciousness and charm. Both rooms have large bay windows overlooking the front garden area. The kitchen/diner area is fully fitted with oven, microwave etc and a breakfast bar to enjoy meals together. The lounge area has TV, 3 seater sofa and comfy arm chair to sit and relax after a full day of sightseeing. The bedroom has a comfy double bed with postrapedic mattress, and fully fitted ensuite shower room. **please note - there is no permitted parking on the drive because it is owned by the flat upstairs. There is plentiful free parking along Iddesleigh rd 24hrs a day.
The accommodation is a minute's walk from Charminster high street, home to great restaurants and take-aways. It is also close to the main train station, Bournemouth town centre, beautiful beaches, and the Jurassic coast.

Our apartment has all the comforts of home and is located in a fantastic, quiet area of Bournemouth close to the beach and all other amenities. The Town Centre, Historic Gardens and Award Winning Beach are all within a short walk and there is a local food store just over the road. It's great for couples or single travelers. We aim to make our place comfortable and welcoming and we have many returning guests.
Our apartment offers a double bedroom with a luxurious duck feather and down duvet and blackout blinds for a comfortable nights sleep. We can provide a travel cot if required. There is a smart TV on the wall. The living area offers comfortable sofa’s and a table and chairs for eating or working at. There is TV, DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen with breakfast bar is perfect for getting your morning coffee or making a lunch to take out. We keep stock of the basics such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil and provide kitchen towels and washing up sponge and liquid. You have a private bathroom with shower and towels are provided along with shower gel, shampoo and bubble bath! You can cook a meal or have some great food delivered by Deliveroo or Uber Eats who offer meals from over 27 local resaurants including Pizza Express, Prezzo, Koh Thai, TGI Fridays and many more.
The apartment is in the quiet but fantastic location of Bournemouth's East Cliff. Perfect for lazy days on the beach or visiting Bournemouth centre and Gardens. All within easy reach on foot. You will love the private parking and the fact the apartment is set well back from the road so it is really safe and you will get a great night's sleep. The bus stops just outside for the town centre or Poole and there is a local grocery store within a minutes walk and a quiet pub if you fancy a meal or a cooked breakfast!

Very adequate single room. Newly decorated. Clean and tidy room. Located in South Road Bournemouth. Handy for Boscombe, AFC Bournemouth (500 metres) and only a fifteen minute walk to the beach or a twenty minute walk to the railway station.
I am a 53 year oldsingle parent. I live at the address with my 17 year old son. We are currently renovating the place and we have listed here to earn the money to finish everything. All the main work is done so you don't have to worry about noise or dust etc.....see photos. We also have a very friendly dog called Archie. He's totally non aggressive but if you don't like dogs then maybe our place isn't for you.

Very nice and clean room. very near the sea/beach and good bus routes to Poole and Christchurch. and 15 mints walk to rail station or £5 by taxi. and lots of good restaurants to get a evening meal and some good Hotels to get breakfast ( as I don't cook) but will make tea or coffee if you wish.

    Newly decorated one bedroom "penthouse" apartment, 10 minute's walk from the beach and five minutes from local shopping centre. With parking space and garden and just a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stops, where you can travel to Bournemouth Town Centre, in about 10 minutes.
    This "penthouse" apartment has just been completely redecorated and refurnished and is in a lovely quiet converted Victorian townhouse, with only four other apartments. It's sunny and bright and has everything you'll need, from bath, to oven, to book-share shelf, to a shared garden, with own BBQ area and parking space.
    Boscombe is Bournemouth's quirky, more interesting sister. Less touristy, more arty, more smaller, local businesses.

    Modern 2 double bed apartment within a few minutes walk of the popular Sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Boscombe. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Modern decor with sofabed, dining table and chairs, washing machine, fridge and oven.
    2 bedroom Ground Floor apartment with double beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and chests of drawers. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen which has a corner double sofa bed and separate chair, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table TV unit with TV. The kitchen area comes with fitted oven with hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also included along with the cutlery and crockery. All bedding supplied along with towels.
    Within approximately half a mile of Boscombe pier and the sandy beaches this is an ideal location for a relaxing sea side break. Shops are within a couple of minutes walk and a very popular restaurant is located directly opposite with many other places to eat close by. There are plenty of local supermarkets and high street shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment along with lots of local restaurants and a variety of take aways too. The seafront and Bournemouth town centre are 5-10 minutes away by bus/car with lots to see and day/night entertainment. Bournemouth has some great events including the Wheels festival and the famous 4 day air show. Firework displays from the piers take place during various times of the year also. A wide variety of restaurants and evening entertainment are available in Bournemouth. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach and if you don't have your own transport, bus tours can be taken from Bournemouth to make sure you don't miss out on the spectacular coast line. The beautiful New Forest is a welcome contrast for when the sun bathing gets too much only half an hour away with its tranquil pubs and wild ponies.

    Place a fairly big and bright. It's an old hotel that was made into flats. Three bedrooms and a big langue and kitchen that visitors are welcome to use. The lift is quite small and very slow but it works.
    Guest are welcome to share living room and a kitchen with us. We are very chilled and welcoming.
    15 min walk to the train station/bus station. 15min walk to the beach (via short cut) and 20min walk to town centre. I live next to the bus route road.

There are gardens just across the road, many beautiful places to visit nearby and so many things to do. You are also within 5 minutes walk to funky and bohemian Boscombe Town Centre, and many interesting Restaurants, Bars, Theatres and children's activities on offer locally and in Bournemouth itself. The O2 is 5 minutes walk uphill from our home. The New Forest is on our doorstep 20 minutes drive away, so is the world-famous Jurassic Coast, 20-40 minutes by car depending on season. 8 miles of white sand beaches, ideal for families and watersports enthusiasts. As featured in Rosamunde Pilcher films and many other film settings, the local Shelley Theatre and building/burial place of Mary Shelley, author of Frankenstein, nearby, and many other places of interest and things to do... there is something for everyone! We also have a hotel spa in walking distance, with indoor/outdoor pool& jacuzzi, spa & gym. Or why not relax and book yourself in for a de-stress session at the nearby holistic health centre for a hot-stone massage, reiki, or even osteopathy (prices o.a.) - or book in for a free Reiki or Meditation session! If anyone is allergic, they will need to bring their own medication. If anyone is terrified of cats, it is not a good idea to bring them to our home! You will not be able to just ‘stay out of the way’. It is a very quiet space especially at night as it’s a large home, and even when full, guests may not always hear or meet each other. We actively enjoy meeting and connecting with our guests from all around the world, but if you prefer to be left alone as much as possible, please advise us of your request in advance and we will respect this. We provide a cleaning service of the general areas including bathrooms, but also ask our guests to clean up after themselves and use common sense, especially when using shared bathroom and shower rooms. Please note that we enjoy presenting you with beautiful clean rooms, clean bathrooms, fresh clean bedding & towels and other services as laid out in our Welcome Brochure, but we do not provide room service, or act as servants, we do not provide transport and we are not trained tour operators or tour guides. We help as much as we can with any question, query, booking info or situation you may have, and can recommend many different places to visit. - We feel passionate about where we live and protective of our home and the area in our close vicinity. Please don’t litter the beaches. Take your rubbish from your room regularly and use the recycling facility outside our home. A lot of materials like plastics, paper, cardboard, cans and glass can easily be recycled. Any personal waste must be disposed of in the outside bins regularly. Same with our water supply – please do not use excess water when showering or taking a bath, especially in a drought. If you have not used the provided towels, leave them on the beds. - Any questions you have, please ask and we will endeavour to adequately advise you. If the above sounds like common sense to you, then we are very much looking forward to hearing from you and meeting you!
    We love where we live, in Boscombe 'Spa Village', the area used to be a Victorian Spa Bath and people used to take the sea water for good health! A quiet area only a 20 minute beach stroll away from Bournemouth Town Centre, right on the clifftops, with lots of interesting restaurants on and near the beach, and a vast selection of bars, pubs, eateries just 5mins walk into bohemian Boscombe Town Centre. We've lived here for 15 years and love it!

There is a standard, surfboard, kayak and lots of more sports equipment for rent Local shops Iceland, Aldi, Sainsbury, Mc Donald, off licence shops 24/7 is a few minute walk up to the road.
    The top floor (including bedroom, ensuite and sitting area) in a three-floored, charming but modern, naturally bright house, with a garden close to the sea; with shops and restaurants also nearby. Enjoy a complementary coffee and or tea, which you will find in the kitchen, on ground floor.
    Beach is 3-5 min to walk down to the road. It is the best part of the beach in Bournemouth with showers, there you can hire stand boards, surfboards and lot of more. Volleyball and restaurant are just there. O 2 academy 3 min walk up to the road. Local shops Iceland, Aldi, Sainsbury, Mc Donald, off licence shops 24/7 is a minute walks up to the road. Recommended restaurant on the beach Urban Reef 5 min walk or Reef on the way to the beach 3 min walk. The best fish restaurant 20 minutes to drive Lock Fyne.

    A beautiful brand new, 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of town on one of the most desirable streets in Bournemouth. Moments from the beach, town centre, The Gardens, great local bars/cafe's/restaurants, and a 5min walk to the Hilton Hotel! The apartment is very central but high up enough that it’s very peaceful and relaxing! All complete with sea glimpses of Bournemouth’s stunning beach and pier!     The apartment is brand new and on the top floor of the apartment building with sea glimpses. During the day there is a great breeze that flows into the apartment and you can hear the birds chirping away, all of which makes it feel very seaside-esq! At night it's very peaceful and quiet and you can't really hear much going on from the town centre, so you should have a great sleep!
    The neighborhood is great. The apartment is so close to the town square, which has a supermarket, shopping outlets, great bars, coffee shops and most importantly the beach! I highly recommend getting coffee and breakfast at South Coast Roast - it's one of my favourites!

    I live in this large 2 bedroom ground floor flat within a converted Victorian house., in central Boscombe, 15 minute walk from Boscombe beach and Town with shops cafes and a sainsburys close by, there are good bus services to and from Bournemouth and surrounding areas Pokesdown train station is 20 minutes walk from here and a 30 minute walk along beach to Bournemouth Town with all the usual seaside facilities, also good cycle routes along coast, I have a secure shed for a bicycle and 1 parking space for a car or motorbike, my home is a quiet and relaxed place to stay... I have a friendly cat called simba who is used to people coming and going as I host students from the local language schools and enjoy meeting and having people stay in my home if you would like any further information please don't hesitate to ask...     Boscombe has 7 miles of blue flag approved beaches. The area has good bus routes to a lot of lovely places the Purbeck breezer bus No. 50 open decker will take you to swanage via a chain ferry.. Swanage is a beautiful small town just 15 minutes across the water.. on the way to the chain ferry you will go through Poole Town, Shell Bay and Sandbanks this area is very affluent Harry Rednapp and other celebrities live in the area it also has a beautiful Quay. Boscombe my home town is a small multi cultural town with plenty of cafes and a street market every Tuesday and Saturday and is 20 minutes walk from the beach with 2 beach restaurants and cafes..there are 2 volleyball pitches on the beach and a surf school as well as day bicycle hire.

This large flat has six bedrooms, a large first floor kitchen dinner and a ground floor lounge and conservatory. There is one bathroom and a further WC. The property is to be redeveloped in six months. It is in an acceptable but not mint condition. No linen, duvets and some pillows provided. Basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, gas hob , microwave, TV monitor.
    REVIEW: “Place was perfect for a weekend trip down to Bournemouth with friends. I went with a group for Bournemouth 7s festival and it was ideal for what we needed. A place to crash and have a few drinks before heading out. John is helpful and replies quickly and is usually flexible about check-in / check-out times which was ideal.” On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a small double/single, and on the second floor large double with up to 2 singles and a second room with 2 singles, all singles are matresses only. The second floor are accessed via paddle stairs so not suitable for very young children. There is a large secluded rear garden, parking on the forecourt and street parking is available. Part of the ground floor and patio area are occupied by a separate flat, and two cats There are about 8 Duvets and a few pillows mostly in reasonable but used condition. You need to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. The kitchen has basic cutlery, crockery, pans, dishes glassware, There is a charcoal Bar b que. The property is in a good residential area 2.8 miles from Bournemouth Pier.Great location and a very good garden.
    Charminster is a really cool part of Bournemouth with local shops and a real mix of pubs and restaurants. The property borders Queens park which is great for kids, dogs and golf.
