Within approximately half a mile of Boscombe pier and the sandy beaches this is an ideal location for a relaxing sea side break. Shops are within a couple of minutes walk and a very popular restaurant is located directly opposite with many other places to eat close by. There are plenty of local supermarkets and high street shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment along with lots of local restaurants and a variety of take aways too. The seafront and Bournemouth town centre are 5-10 minutes away by bus/car with lots to see and day/night entertainment. Bournemouth has some great events including the Wheels festival and the famous 4 day air show. Firework displays from the piers take place during various times of the year also. A wide variety of restaurants and evening entertainment are available in Bournemouth. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach and if you don't have your own transport, bus tours can be taken from Bournemouth to make sure you don't miss out on the spectacular coast line. The beautiful New Forest is a welcome contrast for when the sun bathing gets too much only half an hour away with its tranquil pubs and wild ponies.

Our home is modern and well decorated we have a lovely large rear garden with plenty of seating.
You are welcome to use the kitchen Light breakfast of cereal and toast is provided. You can make tea and coffee if you like and have tea making facilities in your room. If you use the kitchen all I ask is you tidy up afterwards. I cook most days so if you wanted an evening meal please let me know in advance. There would be a small charge
It is 5 minutes from the beach with plenty of choice for eating and drinking Bournemouth is approximately 1/2 hour walk but can stroll along the promenade taking in views of Swanage and Isle of Wight The New Forest is a short drive away, also Poole and Christchurch.

Very adequate single room. Newly decorated. Clean and tidy room. Located in South Road Bournemouth. Handy for Boscombe, AFC Bournemouth (500 metres) and only a fifteen minute walk to the beach or a twenty minute walk to the railway station.
I am a 53 year oldsingle parent. I live at the address with my 17 year old son. We are currently renovating the place and we have listed here to earn the money to finish everything. All the main work is done so you don't have to worry about noise or dust etc.....see photos. We also have a very friendly dog called Archie. He's totally non aggressive but if you don't like dogs then maybe our place isn't for you.

It is part of my house, but has it's own entrance. There is plenty of free on street parking. We're situated in a quiet leafy suburb, two miles from the centre of Bournemouth, & just off the A338 Wessex Way for easy access. There are a range of guide books, leaflets & maps for you to use while you are staying here.
The flat has a fully equipped galley style kitchen, & the lounge includes a sofa bed & your fridge & microwave. The large bedroom has a 5' Sealy Posturepedic bed, & plenty of storage including a large wardrobe. There is also a travel cot available should you need one. Both bedroom & lounge have views onto the back garden. The bathroom has an electric shower, & a fitted washing machine. Access is via your own front door.
We are perfectly located for those who are interested in enjoying golf at Queens Park,which is just at the end of the road. We are also only a ten minute walk from Kings Park, home of AFC Bournemouth, & a Park & Ride for Bournemouth Air Festival. Queens Park is actually a public park if you would fancy a walk close to home, & there is also a children's play area & public club house with bar & cafe. We are also just a 10 minute drive from Bournemouth Airport, & 30 minutes from the ferry terminal in Poole. The New Forest is within easy reach by both car & public transport, & of course the beautiful Bournemouth beaches are there to be enjoyed what ever the season, & only two miles away. During the summer season, especially the school holidays there are many special activities & events in Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch. Do check out the fireworks on Poole Quay on Thursday evenings, & off Bournemouth beach on Fridays.

The apartment is situated in a gated development and a secure Fob will allow entrance through the gates and main doors. There are beautifully landscaped gardens for you to enjoy and private parking if needed. There is a lock up garage, if you wish to leave a bicycle/motorbike or if you are a long stay guest, a place to store your unused suitcases rather than in your room. The room is a large double with a combination of a standard double bed and a 3 seater Futon that clicks down to another double bed. There is a single wardrobe with hangers and a writing bureau with drawers and cupboard space beneath. There is a combination safe in the room. In-room coffee & tea facilities are available on request for those more nocturnal guests. Weekend check-out is 11am.. this is so you may enjoy a leisurely brunch before starting your onward journey.
The Square is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and is the central meeting point for a lot of people looking to explore the surrounding area by bus. From there you can take buses to Swanage, Poole, Boscombe and Southbourne, not forgetting the train & national coach depo, though they are both a 15/20 minute walk from the apartment.

As featured in Rosamunde Pilcher films and many other film settings, the local Shelley Theatre and building/burial place of Mary Shelley, author of Frankenstein, are a 5 minute walk away... there is something for everyone! We also have a hotel spa in walking distance, with indoor/outdoor pool& jacuzzi, spa & gym. We love Boscombe Spa Village, it used to be a Victorian Spa Bath and people used to take the sea water for good health! A quiet area away from town centre, right on the clifftops - it doesn't get nearer the sea than this! And lots of fun restaurants on and near the beach, and a vast selection of bars, pubs, eateries just 5mins walk into bohemian Boscombe town centre. We ve lived here for 18 years and love it!

Beautiful light, clean annex on our family home. We are happy to leave you in peace but here if you need us. Included in the price is sole use of our beach hut which is a ten minute walk through beautiful chine gardens. You will enjoy views of the purbecks, the Isle of Wight and both piers. Where possible we offer earlier check in providing annex has been cleaned but the beach hut key is available from 10am so you can get full use.
Sole use of beach hut. Equipped with stove, table and chairs, parasol, recliner chairs, bbq and crockery. Please note maximum of 6 people at any one time in beach hut.

Spacious 1 bedroom, lower ground floor flat with private entrance and private garden. Situated a 2 minute walk from Boscombe town cente and 10 minute walk from Boscombe's beautiful sea front. Close proximity to Bournemouth town centre and its 7 miles of sandy beaches, as well as easy access to Sandbanks, the New Forest and the rest of Dorset. Plenty of great bars, resturants, music venues and Bournemouth football stadium within walking distance. Virgin media TV and WiFi incase of rainy days.
The spacious flat has been newly redecorated with brand new carpet and bed in January 2020.
The flat is within close walking distance to Boscombe beach and is ideally placed to explore Bournemouth, Sandbanks, the rest of Dorset and the New Forest. You can also easily walk to both Southbourne and Bournemouth or further if you wish. You definitely won't be lost on things to do! Boscombe shops are a 2 minute walk away including a handy Sainsbury's and a Primark in case you forget your swimming costume! At the end of the road there is a lovely bar/restaurant called Urban Beach. Their sister restaurant is on the beach at Boscombe Pier called Urban Reef which is equally as lovely. There are Indian and Thai restaurants in Boscombe (I would recommend Koh Thai - food and atmosphere are always amazing). Southbourne is also just over a mile away and has many lovely restaurants and bars. The Larder house does lovely food and my friend a microbrewery and tap house called The Way Outback Brewing Company if you like your craft ales. Activity wise if the weather is nice all you need is the beach! The flat is only a 10 minute stroll from the sea front! The flat is also easy travelling distance from the New Forest, Sandbanks, Christchurch and only a ferry away from the Purbecks and jurrasic coast.

Our apartment is completely self contained with WI FI, SKY TV, plus Movie Channels, With a fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer and an oven with electric hob. We have private parking at the front of the property. There's plenty of shops within a 10 min walk

We love where we live, in Boscombe 'Spa Village', the area used to be a Victorian Spa Bath and people used to take the sea water for good health! A quiet area only a 20 minute beach stroll away from Bournemouth Town Centre, right on the clifftops, with lots of interesting restaurants on and near the beach, and a vast selection of bars, pubs, eateries just 5mins walk into bohemian Boscombe Town Centre. We've lived here for 15 years and love it!

We're in a tree lined avenue 5 min walk to seven miles of golden sandy beach, a twenty minute stole along the beach to Bournemouth's cosmopolitan Shops, Bars, Restaurants. Also a 5 min walk from Bournemouth Station & a 10 min drive from the Airport.
We are a large busy house built in an art deco style with parquet flooring throughout the ground floor and a large deck and garden. The room available can be used for single, double or triple occupancy. There is one double bed and one single bed.
We are in a beautiful tree lined avenue on the East Cliff of Bournemouth, between Bournemouth and Boscombe Pier

  • Tara ha estat un gran hoste per a nosaltres aquest cap de setmana, va ser molt amable i ens va fer sentir molt benvinguts a casa seva. La comunicació era genial, ja que quan vam arribar, no hi era, però vam poder accedir a la nostra habitació amb molta facilitat per deixar les maletes, tot i que vam arribar abans del check-in. Una ubicació tan bona també! Només l'estada completa era molt curta, i realment us recomano quedar-vos aquí!

Esmorzar i begudes encantador estava disponible :) La ubicació és tal com es descriu, no gaire lluny del penya-segat de la platja, cal caminar una mica més al llarg del penya-segat per baixar a la platja.

  • Tara Howard era excel·lents amfitrions i va esperar a saludar-nos a la nostra arribada. L'habitació estava ordenada i en ordre. Va ser una gran nit de son. L'esmorzar era genial. Recomano molt. L'estada amb Tara ens va contribuir enormement a passar una bona estona a Bournemouth.

    Set in the Heart of Bournemouth, close to Bournemouth International Centre. The central garden Park (jogging, tennis etc) and local gym a mins walk away (pay as you go) Free WiFi Off-street parking on first-come first-served basis - Additional parking on the road (free after 7pm to 10 am) in the week, as well as all weekend) Quiet location yet only a minute walk to lots of pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk to the town centre & 7 mins walk to the golden beach
    This is a 4-bedroom 3 floor town house . There are two bed rooms on the first floor and two bed rooms on the top floor. The small double room is on the top floor. There is a shower room on this floor.You will share the shower room with the other person The small double room is furnished with a standard double bed and a brand new memory foam mattress.There are wardrobe, desks ,chairs ,tea ,coffee kettle..Toiletries in your room for your use and hair dryer and iron are also offered The room is very private and secure with a lock on the door. Privacy is paramount, so I’m there if you need me, if not I’ll leave you to relax and enjoy your stay.
    There are a lot of interesting places to visit in the town and surrounding area: Oceanarium Bournemouth, Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum, Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth Pier, RockReef, Brownsea Island , Old Harry Rocks and so on .

    Whole ground floor flat to yourself with a newly decorated bathroom and living room. Bedroom with a king size bed and the living room with a double sofa bed. Kitchen and cooking utensils available for use. Shared garden and off road parking available and close to train station, coach station and buses. Walking distance to Bournemouth Beach. Close to Asda and Aldi with several restaurants and takeaways at the end of the road (must try the Malaysian restaurant - Sambal Tumis!)
    A Premier shop at the end of the road, in walking distance of a supermarket and lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
