Syntagma Square, Athen's famed central square, is a 30-minute drive from the apartment or about 45 minutes by public transportation.
Several blocks of cafes, restaurants, and upscale shops fill the town center. And along the coast, you'll find sandy beaches and amenities such as cabanas, lounges, and umbrellas for a fee. Just south of Glyfada is the equally charming and upscale town of Voula. The village is popular with Athenians and tourists alike. Around the corner you can find Kazarte Patisserie & bakery where you can enjoy a luxurious breakfast and coffee, OK Mini Market with long opening hours for any shopping you might require and a kiosk. The local bus stop is also located 30 meters from the flat.
