The full size bed has a trundle underneath to pull out a twin size bed. The shades and curtains in the bedroom are blockout shades to keep out the lights of the night. Lots of off street parking and separate private entrance. You will be on the first floor apartment. There is an apt above the studio that is also rented to Air B and B travelers!

We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. Relax and unwind at our private cozy cabin in the White Mountains! Woodsville, Lincoln or Littleton 10-25 min away for bars, shops and local eats! A mile from Rt 112, the Kancamagus Byway. It's rated the best scenic drive in New England! And only 30 min to Loon & Cannon Ski Resorts. It's a 5 min walk to the lake, pool and beach. Only residents and guests have access. This place is 4 miles outside the White Mountain National Forest. Groceries, coffee shops and all the amenities nearby!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.
