This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

Rye is a seaside resort town, approximately 95 km south of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, on the Mornington Peninsula. Its bay beach is popular with swimmers, fishermen, yachtsmen, and kite-surfers. Its ocean beach (which is not patrolled) is also popular with surfers and surf fisherman. The property has recently been fully renovated which has retained the unique coastal charm of the original dwelling.
