We are situated on 5 acres and enjoy natures gift of birds, peace and tranquility. Enjoy morning walks along the river and all that Horsham has to offer. Note: We have a 5 year old lab which is outside during the day and would not be a bother.

We have hopefully created a little oasis where you can relax and enjoy your time at our place whether it's an overnighter or a longer stay to enjoy all that on offer in the area. Our unit is quiet and comfortable and has all the amenities you might need. It's in a quiet street, and has a big garden. You will probably have a visit from Jasper our kelpie who is a 'wanna-be sheepdog' and is totally obsessed with our two chooks. Our farm is over the fence.

Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

101 Love Shack

Our rustic 1903 mud-brick studio is made from river sand and mud sourced from the local Great Western area. The studio was built as a fruit kitchen by the Patching family who owned and operated a number of orchards along Concongella Creek and Salt Creek. The fruit kitchen has been recently renovated into a 1-bed studio which offers history and modern comforts. The cottage is surround by farm land meaning there is an abundance of animals to watch and enjoy, including Kangaroos.

Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Swampgum Rise is suitable for singles, couples, families and groups. It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely. Special discount applies for more-than-one-nighters.
