Sänglinne och duschhanddukar (ej strandhanddukar) ingår i priset. Nära sandstrand.

Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
