Whole Flat for you with its own access. - Driveway space included - Modern Kitchen was washer dryer - Modern Shower - Close to Coventry Canal - Close to George Elliot Hospital - Short walk away from Town Centre - TV firestick with Netflix and Disney + - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer in bathroom cupboard - Ironing board and Iron in Bedroom Wardrobe - Bike holder & wall hoop outside It’s a quite place with quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. (please be aware that guests book and then complain about the road) As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.

On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.
