The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. All the comforts of home: wireless internet and satellite TV, private heating and air conditioning, new and comfortable bathroom with big shower and whirlpool , a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Dotato di biancheria da letto e da bagno, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, stoviglie, pentole, lavatrice, wifi, condizionatore. Comodo alle piscine termali e all'Ospedale di Abano (10 min a piedi), ha un parcheggio privato.

L agriturismo presenta un ristorante aperto nel fine settimana dove è possibile mangiare su prenotazione nella stessa azienda è possibile acquistare vini, salumi e marmellate di propria produzione. Nell' alloggio è disponibile il tutto per una piccola colazione, le pulizie saranno giornaliere sostituzione asciugamani ogni 2 giorni e lenzuola ogni 4 giorni.
