5 Sensi di Mare is a spacious apartment in Riomaggiore’s picturesque harbor, with classic views of the marina, surrounding hills, and the Mediterranean Sea. The beach, town center, restaurants, ferry, and train station are all just a few minutes away on foot. It’s a special place to enjoy espresso on the terrace in the morning and local wine in the evening. Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, dotato di ogni comfort,composto da zona giorno con cucina attrezzata e divano letto, camera da letto, bagno con cabina doccia. Incantevole terrazza vista mare, in posizione dominante sul borgo marinaro. Facilmente raggiungibile sia dai parcheggi che dalla stazione ferroviaria,a pochi minuti dalla splendida marina e dall'imbarco dei battelli.A pochi passi da bar, ristoranti, farmacia alimentari in grado di garantire un soggiorno all'insegna del relax.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

A pochi minuti dalla stazione , palazzo situato nei caratteristici carrugi liguri. Portofino si trova a 1 ora di distanza , Portovenere e le altre cinque terre sono raggiungibili in traghetto , la cui fermata è a pochi minuti dall ‘appartamento.

Il livello di confort e sicurezza è completato da un delizioso spazio all'aperto (patio), letti con materassi body-memory, cucina con piastre a induzione elettrica (senza fiamma), aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, porte blindate e cassette di sicurezza.

Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie! Essendoci poca privacy.

Il Melograno, natura e cultura in Riomaggiore

Le camere, situate al secondo piano di una casa del 1700, con ingresso indipendente, offrono un meraviglioso panorama. Si fornisce: cassaforte in ogni camera, TV, zanzariere e tenda da sole, angolo tè- caffè e angolo relax nel giardino sotto la casa. Pulizia e sanificazione - ogni due giorni - con prodotti da protocollo antivirus registrati nella scheda affissa. Cambio di biancheria a metà settimana.
