If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, you've found it, amidst a 250 acre private estate. On a lake at the end of a mile long driveway (well plowed in the winter) Is Snowshoe Cabin. Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

There are 2 bathrooms. Private entry/lockbox. washer and dryer. Jaffrey is at the base of Mount Monadnock, the most hiked mount climbed in North America. You can see the mountain as you walk downtown . There several beautiful historic homes in our area. There are several lakes to swim, kayak or fish.

There are also nearby hikes, swimming spots, skiing destinations, and drinking/eating spots! We are 35-40 minutes from Stratton, Mount Snow, Bromley, Okemo, and Magic Mountain!

It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person stays. The upstairs becomes available if you enter 3 or more people. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.
