It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

The house has a great three bedroom layout including two rooms with king beds and one room with twin bunk beds. Great yard with large fenced in backyard. Walking distance to Main Street to easily get to shopping, the brewery and restaurant. Relax and enjoy a slower pace while soaking up all of the unique amenities of Courtland.

Country Getaway - 13 Acres - Pet Friendly

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

This is a brand new, fully remodeled space. The top floor can accommodate up to 16 guests. There are three bedrooms with bunk beds. Two rooms have queen beds as bottom bunks, and twins on top. The third room has two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids room. The open living room and kitchen space is great for gathering. There are two full bathrooms with a washer and dryer available.
