The Homestead B&B - Garden Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is located on the first floor of the Main House and features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and French doors that lead out to the wrap-a-round screened in porch. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

The large living space includes a full kitchen, and ample living and dining areas. Enjoy the ocean breeze sitting on your private deck. Two car parking at no additional charge. Amenities include salt water pool, communal grilling station, and beach service.

Please note, you must climb stairs to access this room.
