Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

In the countryside of Gendt, near the floodplains of the Waal, lies our lovely house and spacious garden. Centrally located between Arnhem and Nijmegen. Spread throughout the orchard of approx. 5000m2 are various picnic benches. Here you can enjoy the absolute peace and sounds of nature. The sheep and chickens roam around in their own meadow (fresh eggs every day) and all around you you see and hear birds. The house offers 250m2 of living space and is equipped with all conveniences.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!
