Boneo Farm Stay- Hot springs/wineries/Boneo park

Central location-Hot springs, wineries etc! Escape to a peaceful rural stay in this fully renovated, spotlessly clean guesthouse on 5 acres. The guesthouse is separate from the main home and located at the rear of the property. Enjoy a relaxed country atmosphere with horses and sheep grazing nearby, natural farm sounds and open surroundings. While private, this is a working rural setting rather than a fully secluded retreat. A comfortable and welcoming base , a perfect home away from home!

(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. 2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

Scenic View Hideaway is nestled in a quiet, green leafy pocket of old Mount Martha. It is a lovely private, cosy apartment that occupies the lower level of our family home. We are located opposite a bushy reserve, about 3.5km to Mount Martha beach and local shops. With a beautiful bright outlook onto the garden and pool, it provides a restful stay. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.

A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula.
