This lovely renovated cottage is only 200m from the pristine shoreline of Safety Beach. Retaining many original features yet smartly adapted for modern living it offers a cozy, relaxing & unique experience. It can sleep up to 7 people (extra fees apply after 2 guests-see Guest Access). It’s well located to walking & cycling tracks, food mart, take away shop, boat ramp and playgrounds. The cool Dromana cafe/bar vibe is only 4 mins drive away. 'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Willow Gum Cottage

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

Blue Beach Cottage

Welcome to the spa cottage. The home itself has a beautiful coastal relaxed feel, expansive deck with gas heated spa, bbq and relaxing warm lounge. Home is set within a huge secure back yard. This is truly a cottage where holiday memories are made that last a life time. A huge fire pit for cozy coastal nights and family barbecues , (BYO marshmallows). Easy 650 meters (8 minute walk) to beach. * Please note. Glamping tent is unavailable from March 31st to 1st November due to weather.

A Haven for Pets Come and stay at our secluded & cosy one bedroom studio, just a short stroll from the shallow, peaceful waves at Tyrone Beach. Head into Rye for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Relax in our deep soaking tub and enjoy a glass of wine by the campfire with a BBQ. Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!
