Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. E' luminosa, estremamente accogliente - anche grazie al bel pavimento in legno chiaro -, piacevole in tutte le stagioni: in primavera e in estate per la calda luce esterna, filtrata dalle finestre sul tetto e dal balcone; nella stagione fredda per l'affascinante caminetto con fuoco a vista e il panorama sui prati innevati.
