Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Es ist Ausgangspunkt für viele wunderschöne Bergtouren, egal in welche Richtung und ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Mountainbike! Die Dolomiten sind in der Nähe! Das Apartment ist unsere Zweitwohnung, komplett ausgestattet mit einer Küche und allem Zubehör. Der Eingang zum Apartment ist auf der Rückseite vom Gebäude! Dadurch kann man direkt zum Eingang fahren, obwohl die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist!

Located in Moso in Passiria/Moos in Passeier the holiday apartment "Sunnseitn Lodge Alps" impresses guests with its spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
