Eco Minimalist Home by the River

Banni Home, gracefully sits along the banks of the River Cauvery, is named after sacred Banni tree present in the heart of the property. In the local language Kannada, the word "Banni" means "Welcome," symbolizing the warmth and hospitality you’ll experience at this eco-minimalist stay. Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

Eco- friendly, but we do have high speed fibre WI FI to take care of work- from-home needs. It's close to all basic amenities and easily accessiblele. There is enough safe parking for three big cars . The place is regularly sanitised and cleaned and has mosquitoe- netting on all doors and windows . it has a well equipped kitchen, power back-up and solar heated water system.

It has a king size bed in bedroom with A/c and attached bathroom/toilet, dining room and kitchen, Living room has smart TV, sofa + a single bed and private roof terrace. WiFi speed is 100 mbps. Street car parking in front of our house is available.

Located 5 kms from Sriranga patna, Rustling Nest ( opened in Aug 2020) is 600 meters away from the Cauvery river, best suited for family , for folks who are keen on cycling and short treks.
