Spectacular views from a unique village house, built into the rock face. Perched in a peaceful mountain village, it's one of the sunniest locations in the area. Both the house and private garden have wonderful mountain views. The house is built into the rock and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a tranquil place ideally located for walking, thermal pools, mountain biking and 30 mins drive approx from ski resorts like Font Romeu. The beautiful Carança Gorge is 12 mins drive away.

The 2 bed gîte is fully equipped, sleeping 4 + Cot and room for your four legged friends too if you wish to bring them! The gîte has its own private patio for outside dining with a stone BBQ and sunbeds. Vanuit Evol zijn er vele wandelingen te maken, warmwaterbronnen ontdekken of de adembenemende Gorges de la Caransa zijn allemaal in de buurt, het Middeleeuwse Ville franche de Conflent met zijn gezellige boetiekjes en restaurantjes is ook op 15 minuutjes rijden vanuit Evol.

Bona casa del segle XVII renovada, de 3 pisos i més de 100m2. Situada a 1400m i orientada al sud, amb un gran jardí molt florit i una vista impressionant de la vall, el Canigó i davant dels massissos de la Carança. Ideal per a desconnectar! La fauna és omnipresent i fàcil d'observar. Molts camins de senderisme o BTT surten directament de la casa. El nostre llogaret gaudeix d'un clima mediterrani i es troba a 40 minuts de les pistes d'esquí i a una hora del mar.

C'est par une petite route qui monte à travers des bosquets forestiers que l'on accède à ce lieu "magique" où la vue sur les pyrénées ariégeoises est à couper le souffle ! Cette ancienne bergerie située à 750m d'altitude, est entourée de prairies et de vallons . La pierre apparente à l'extérieur affirme le caractère traditionnel du lieu.
