Located an hour and 20 mins north of Brooklyn on the East side of the Hudson River, the two level house is perched up high amongst the trees and has recently been stylishly renovated. This loft like home has 18 foot ceilings in the living and dining areas, and an open-planned kitchen adjacent to a split level lounge area which is drenched in light. For those who like to sleep in, there are 2 new comfy, king-size beds. There's a well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and for all those who love to cook or wish they knew how, the kitchen has a fun and diverse library of wonderful cookbooks. If you are a child of the sixties or seventies you will love the awesome stereo and extensive eclectic collection of vinyl. A 1000 square foot deck wraps around the house, overlooking a charming stream which flows through a canyon on the property next to our dedicated grilling deck. Adjacent to 150 acres of NYC water supply land owned by the D.E.P, the area is home to an abundance of wildlife with deer seen almost on a daily basis. The house is an ideal getaway for couples looking to escape from the city and reconnect with nature, in a clean, simple, tastefully-created and mid-century modern inspired environment. The Treehouse Lovenest is a luscious retreat for couples who wish to unplug from the city. One weekend here will recharge your spirit and energize the soul. The 2500 sq ft private apartment has a room for every mood: curl up with a book in the front rooms, play and chill in the lounge, curl up to watch movies or the fire in the living room, eat or work in the breakfast nook and then the two bedrooms to fully unwind and sleep.
This space is a unique and private dwelling on 5.5 acres of property. The tiny house is a newly renovated modern and artistically designed space. Guests will have access to the back yard and wood lands. There are small trails and sitting areas that guests are free to enjoy. There is also a hiking trail walking distance down the street that leads to the Fishkill Ridge and Beacon.

Welcome to the Bird's Nest, a second story apartment in Cold Spring NY. The apartment is the best of both worlds, the back of the house is next to the Hudson Highlands State Park (a trail head is right across the street) and the front of the house is on Main Street (a 10 minute walk to the historic Cold Spring strip). There is off the street parking and the metro north train stop is a 20 minute walk (uphill from the train).
This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

The Pudding Pad Lake Cabin is located close to New York City and was designed as a retreat for couples who want to escape from the city and have relaxing fun in a place of serenity. The house is situated on the lake and feels like its' nestled in the woods. It was built in 1969 and has a distinctive seventies feel with classically stylish mid century modern furniture pieces. In tone the house is more minimal than cluttered. It has a record player with a large selection of great vinyl . The house is close to Cold Spring and the Fahnestock State Park which has hiking trails, a beautiful beach, picnic areas, scenic campground, and abundant opportunities for boating, fishing, and birding. The house also comes with a canoe.
