The country estate dominates the village with its 400 acres of land, the traditional oil mill and the winery, where we produce, with organic methods, the precious extravirgin olive oil D.O.C. Wine. The guests of the Fattoria di Petrognano are settled in 2/3 bedroom apartments or rooms with B&B service, and can enjoy typical tuscan food in our cute restaurant. For those who love nature and countrylife, who like to take a walk in the woods.... for those who look up in the sky to see if thy can spot a couple of buzzards in love.... for those who enjoy a glass of red wine and a piece of bread and oil while they watch the sun setting behind the hills...for those who like horses, who appreciate the the sound of the bells, the flowers, the fresh and running water from the spring....this is Fattoria di Petrognano!!!! Not far from our fattoria the village of Collodi and Pinocchio's park are only 5 km downhill, Lucca and its beautiful villas are within 15 km, and in less than one hour drive you can reach Pisa, the Tirrenian coast,the marbles of Carrara and the Apuan Alps, the Garfagnana region and the Tuscan Appennines, the baths of Montecatini. Finally, Florence is only one hour distance by train from Pescia. As you can see, we have everything. But no frills.

Il nostro B&B si trova a 8 km da Lucca sulle colline Sud della città, zona di pregio per l'olio extravergine d'oliva. La struttura, un Palazzo di campagna di inizio '700 appena ristrutturato, dispone di 6 camere doppie, rifinite con cura e tutte corredate da bagno privato. La proprietà è circondata da antiche mura in pietra a secco con merlatura (tipici della zona) che una volta servivano come basamenti per pergolati di vite. Ca'Luni B&b è strutturato su due livelli, al piano superiore abbiamo due camere doppie ed una tripla, al piano inferiore un grande salone ed una cucina che si affacciano direttamente al fiume, i servizi sono in comune e si trovano in ogni piano, l'accesso al giardino e alla piscina è accanto all'entrata principale. La colazione viene servita ogni mattina sul terrazzo della cucina. Siamo aperti a qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta degli ospiti, basta chiedere!
