It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Nel giardino privato sul retro potrete passare serate indimenticabili lontani da sguardi indiscreti, magari con una bella cena a lume di candela, godendovi i profumi della selvaggia natura maremmana.

Porzione di villetta con grande giardino. L'alloggio è indipendente e con ingresso separato dalla proprietà. È immersa nella pineta a 500 mt. dal mare. Puo’ accogliere 4 persone nella camera con bagno e nei 2 letti singoli della zona giorno. All’esterno ci sono 2 grandi tavoli dove pranzare all’aperto e una doccia per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dalla spiaggia.
