The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Se cercate un soggiorno rilassante , vicino alle città di Firenze e Prato, siete nel posto giusto! Il mio luminoso ed accogliente appartamento è situato in centro a Campi Bisenzio, in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo . Ho arredato ogni stanza nei dettagli per farvi sentire a casa, ed è fornito di tutti i comfort, ci sono due televisori, i condizionatori, Wifi, piano di cottura ad induzione, lavatrice e lavastoviglie ,un grande terrazzo con tavolo , sedie ed ombrellone, per le serate estive.

IRMA SUITE Prato City Center

Benvenuti!!! Entrando in casa Irma, c'è un ingresso armadio e attaccapanni. Il bagno è un po' datato. C'è la lavenderia (condivisa) 5€ a lavaggio compresi: prodotti, lavatrice, stendino e asciugatrice (in inverno). la stanza principale ha un soppalco con letto francese. Scala ripida!. Sopra non si sta in piedi. Sotto c'è un divano/letto e il mobile TV. Si passa in cucina, con i fornelli. a gas. Sul terrazzo (condiviso) potrete stare su tavolo divano, poltrone e amaca (non in inverno). Grazie!

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Un grazioso appartamento a piano terra con giardino privato, in posizione perfetta a 5 minuti a piedi alla stazione del treno di Prato Centrale e a 100 m. dal centro storico di Prato, con bar, ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo. Ci sono treni regolari per Firenze ( 20 min) o per Lucca e Viareggio. Potete in ogni momento rilassarvi nel giardino che è a vostra disposizione esclusiva , ed è molto silenzioso. Facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Perfetto per esplorare Firenze e la Toscana.
