This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October. The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

Just a short walk to Canoe lake, the Southsea pier and then if you continue West along the seafront you'll reach the Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Quays. A perfect place to come and stay for the Victorious Festival, taking part in the Great South Run or simply wanting a weekend away watching the many boats coming in and out of the port and maybe catching the QE or HMS Prince of Wales aircraft carriers.
