We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.
