In the nature green, our little cottage is open all the year for a stay in solo, duo or family in a protected environment. Independently, you have access to the heated swiming pool to combine rest and relaxation with the pleasures of bathing. CHALET HAUT VILLIERS Very well insulated, it is cool in summer and heated in winter. The large room has all the equipment necessary for your stay. KITCHEN AREA: There is a mini fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.. and all the necessary utensils to your meals, including barbecue. Do you want to take breakfast or lunch outdoors? Open the large bay window and sit out on your private terrace. SPACE NIGHT: In the same room, sofa bed (BZ 2 pers -140) is new and very comfortable. Mezzanine, a bed 1 pers (90) is accessible via ladder and protected by a railing. An extra bed (90) is at your disposal. A wardrobe welcome your belongings. Linen provided BATHROOM: shower spa, sink and commode Towels AMENITIES: Independent Dry toilets inside the cottage. IN THE PROPERTY IN FREE ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available on request Heated swimming pool and deck. The pool closes with a manual shutter, but your children are your responsibility. Dans un quartier calme de Doué la fontaine, ce charmant chalet se trouve au fond du jardin des propriétaires, avec une totale indépendance et intimité. Il vous offre une pièce de vie lumineuse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, 2 chambres avec dressing et lit de 160x200 et une salle d'eau avec grande douche à l'italienne et WC. Pour votre confort, les draps et serviettes sont fournis, le chalet est climatisé et équipé d'Internet.

The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.
