Silver Beach 2bd -1 block to downtown State Street

The historic McNeil House is located on State Street just one block from Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bluff. You won't find a better or more convenient location when visiting this beautiful city! We're offering smaller groups an opportunity to stay in our historic home by renting the main floor that sleeps up to five guests. The upstairs will not be rented during your stay, so you'll have the house to yourself but won't have access to the upstairs. Only available during the off season.

Guests are encouraged to experience a tour of the ranch with Rancher Tom free of charge! 10 minutes from Silver Beach/Downtown St. Joseph and Hagar Beach, both on the gorgeous Lake Michigan. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.

1200 sq ft ranch style house w 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Main bedroom has 1 queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has twin size bunk beds w twin size rollaway bed which enables a total of 5 guests. Appliances available for use are stackable washer/dryer, fridge, stove, over the range microwave, and dishwasher. Newer propane grill is available for use. *bunk bed will be difficult for older individuals due to lower bunk being low.
