We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Located near, Zimmer-Biomet, and Cinema. Perfect for business travelers & those visiting family & friends. We've hosted contract workers & parents visiting Grace College students. The Loft is a second-story self-contained annex attached via a private entrance. On-Site Parking. We are situated on 3 acres and love our 1909 farmhouse and The Barn 1880: Historic Venue. Enjoy the wildlife, swans, beaver, otter, the pair of bald eagles that reside on Palastine Lake. Enjoy the newly renovated inside space, centered around comfort and relaxation. Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

Old Fox Farm - Cozy Country

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. We have a lovely, safe, rural community with friends and fields as neighbors. No parties allowed.

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.
