During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares.   Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car. The main bedroom is on the second floor, which it has total independency.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious lounge with a sofa bed (bed is 1.60 - 2:00 meters), dining room, very spacious kitchen with all amenities for cooking such as hob, oven and microwave. Next to the entrance is a toilet room. If you go down the stairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.The shower room is next to the bedrooms. Be aware the building has no elevator. You will love my place because it is a charming, luxurious and authentic house in a great historical location. The whole historical center is within walking distance.

It is a beautiful studio with lots of natural light and two large windows facing the interior patio of the building. There is a complete kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It has a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room and there is also a small additional loft with a ladder if you prefer to sleep upstairs in the double bed that is there.
