You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

Relax with your whole family at this private 3 acre home located 3/4 of a mile from historic downtown. This property is a short bike ride or walk into town where all amenities are located. This newly renovated home offers a private 150 feet beach on the Verdigris Creek. Depths ranges from a few inches to 2 feet deep. This private beach is perfect for relaxing while reading a book, or watching your kids enjoying the water all day.
