Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. This charming villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It has a swimming pool of 40 m². The beach is 500 m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms is specially designed for children. The living room leads to a large terrace. There is also a barbecue area. On the first floor there are three double rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning and free WiFi.

In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests
