Terrazza sul Trebbia is a full equipped apartment on a top roof in a building in the center of Rivergaro, a lovely village in the first Val Trebbia's hills and on Trebbia's riversides. In a very good position along the famous "Statale 45" road that follows the Trebbia river and the valley, is very closed to both Piacenza city and also to others touristic places in Val Trebbia The apartment is also equipped with two very wide roof terraces, with wonderful views on the village and the whole valley

After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

La Dimora sul Trebbia

Un alloggio immerso nel verde dall’ atmosfera rilassante a due passi dal Trebbia. Io e la mia famiglia saremo felici di ospitarti da solo, con amici o con tutta la tua famiglia. Il nostro Border Collie Leo è bravissimo con persone e bambini ma non gradisce la presenza di altri animali, soprattutto cani maschi e gatti. Per questo, a malincuore, potremo ospitare solo cani femmine. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una stradina privata di 50 metri che conduce alle rive del Trebbia.

Ristrutturata mantenendo il legno e le pietre locali, trovi ampio soggiorno con cucina con stufa a legna e camera da letto con bagno adiacente. L'area circostante è ideale per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta; a pochi chilometri la Val Trebbia e la Val Luretta. Il tuo animale domestico è il benvenuto e tutto l'appartamento è accessibile e attrezzato per disabili.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
